I was in a room in the centre of the hotel which didn't have any windows, only a small skylight. I found the room to be stuffy without the ventilation from opening a window, plus the room was a bit dark with only a small amount of light getting in. Price-wise I've stayed in similar sized rooms in London for less than what I paid here.

Right by the ferry terminal which was useful for getting the 7am ferry back to Ullapool. A 5 minute walk into the town centre too.

I booked the room back in 2024 and expected a doble room with windows and view, but instead the room had skylights. We were offered another room on a lower floor with twin beds and windows. The room however had windows that looked at a wall and enclosure that pigeons would like to sit.

Booked a superior room, just short of one thousand pounds for three nights for two people. Our view from the room was the building opposite! Didn’t expect that from a superior room. Room was very basic, had to bleed the radiator to get some heat the first night!!! There’s no lounge to relax in only 10 chairs and about 8 bar chairs! This was attached to the restaurant. Drinks were extorionate, average ten pounds for a large glass of wine, even the staff says they couldn’t afford to drink there!

my room had no windows just a roof window light, so although plenty of natural daylight, I was a bit worried about a window escape that would be impossible if there was to be a fire. That been said there were clearly new smoke and heat sensors on the ceiling, and I was only there for one night so acceptable.

dinner was good and a buffet. Room was clean, bathroom new fittings and clean and wifi was decent.

Soulless modern drab building. Box bedrooms. Awful prevailing odour throughout. Not at all value for money given they have the nerve to charge £200 a night for a feeble room in Dismal surroundings.

    Not much.

Expensive for room only in an economy room. But, there appeared to be few more competitive options.

Central location, relatively quiet for a town centre location. Minimal sound from adjacent rooms and corridor.
