Room hot , fan provided but not really fit for purpose

Everything from check-in to check-out was done online. Even the room keys were in a lock-box!!! I prefer to see someone at reception & be able to talk to them. I had trouble checking in online, but Jas was helpful with things I couldn't do. Parking was unavailable & we had to park a long way away from the property.

The property has a lovely outlook.

Room was warm. Fan supplied which was very good but unfortunately only one window could be opened. The other needs a repair. Also, not sure sensor light directly outside of the door was working so very dark initially on leaving the room and when trying to lock up

The only thing was that we couldnt watch the tv as it kept saying no signal and our balcony had a lot of cobwebs especially on the seats

Lovely property the room was great and just across the road from the pier and close to all amenities, the room was very spacious with everything we needed, the complimentary water in the fridge was much needed as it was a boiling hot day on our arrival, the bed was huge and really comfortable and loved the bath & my husband loved the shower

Everything was great for us,

Location was perfect, everything what you needed was on the same street, lots of walking opportunities. Clean room, great, clear communication, we had a room from the courtyard where you could sit in the evening. On the 3rd floor was a cupboard with extra cutlery, wine glasses and books, great idea.

Having to park our car on the street behind during the day but we understood that this was not the fault of the apartment owner.

It was perfect, the location, the sea view. The facilities in the room were excellent, the Nespresso machine was a lovely touch. All the furnishings were beautiful. The bed was comfortable. The table and chairs in the window were fab, we enjoyed our morning cuppa with amazing sea views, couldn’t have asked for more. Check in was so easy.

The days we stayed the weather was very hot. The room was a bit too hot despite having a fan. We couldn’t open the windows fully. It would be nice to have AC.

It had a very nice view of the seaside and pier. Great walkable area to the train station to get to the center and Cardiff Bay.

This accomodation was expensive for 1 night but it was so worth the extra we would have loved to stay longer

The restaurant bins near the entrance gate were a little smelly, but this wasn’t noticeable in the accommodation. Parking was a serious issue, although this was pointed out to us prior to our stay.

It was boiling hot! We struggled to sleep and ended up having to buy ear plugs as we needed the fan on at all times. Also the plug sockets are a bit dodgy.

It was awkward to get in and out to the balcony up a couple of little steps, probably not easy for someone with mobility problems. Thought it was quite expensive

We had sea view room 2, The room was spacious, immaculately clean, large comfortable bed and fantastic view. Nice bathroom. Coffee machine. Having a balcony was lovely had breakfast there

No constant noise during the night.

Courtyard no 9 was a lovely room but situated next to the electrical generating room which gave out a constant noise all night but apart from that the room was excellent with a large bathroom. Breakfast was great.

Room was lovely, clean and comfortable bed. Good location to get to everywhere. Owner allowed us to enter room a little bit earlier which was great. Bit of trouble finding a parking space but eventually got parked outside.

Just a minor thing - the lights from the courtyard do mean the room isn't really dark.
