Parking is very limited though we were lucky to get one of the two spaces, and could do with a handrail in the bath/shower as it was a little 'tricky' getting in and out as the bath was a little high sided.

We love Broadway and have been several times, but this was the first stay at Russell's and it didn't disapoint! Comfortable, clean and breakfast very good! The staff were excellent and so friendly, we would definitely stay there again, and highly recommend it to anyone 🙂

Air con remote didn't work. Water left in the kettle. No harder pillows provided. Leaking drain from the kitchen onto the path where you walk to the rear carpark. Avocado breakfast was bland.

The room was new so lovely and clean and spacious. Jus a couple of things to improve. There's 3 fire escape lights in the room which have a green light. Once the lights went off they were quite bright so the room was never dark. For some reason the shower valve isn't in the shower so to adjust the flow and temperature you have to keep getting out of the shower. On the positive the staff were lovely, friendly,smiley and chatty. The full English breakfast was perfect loved it. Perfect location

Russell's is fantastic. Very friendly staff, comfortable accommodation, exceptionally clean in all areas, excellent food, we dined in the restaurant in the evening and had breakfast. The quality of food for both sittings was excellent. Great location right in the centre of Broadway. Could not fault anything. would highly recommend and will be returning when we revisit the Cotswolds.

The only minor issue was the very small car park so it wasn’t easy to just arrive and park but we managed to get a space in the end.

A beautiful period property in a fantastic location. It was clean, well laid out & the staff were fantastic. The room was huge! With everything that we needed. We had dinner there too which was absolutely lovely. Couldn’t fault a thing.

Some noise/music (nothing crazy) travelled up from the restaurant below but died down around 11.30/midnight, used headphones/earplugs. I’m a light sleeper so I’m used to travelling equipped but my partner wasn’t bothered by this at all and snoozed immediately his head hit the pillow.

Location, decor and ambiance lovely. Room was clean and had a great view of the village and the Christmas tree. We’ve used the restaurant on previous occasions and thoroughly enjoyed the food. Thought this year we’d try the accommodation. Although there isn’t a kettle or fridge in the room there is a communal refreshment area comprising of a drink-stocked fridge, coffee maker, snack bar and honesty notepad. Breakfast was very well presented, tasted even better. Good menu choices and attentive friendly staff.
