Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SpainOverall we had a pleasant stay, but a few improvements or points could have made it better. On comparing our stay with the same hotel last year, we felt the hotel was getting a bit tired. The bath with overhead shower and shower curtain is a big minus and personally I think it is dangerous getting in and out of. Also the bathtub had a very poor repair that didn't look nice. The TV in the room kept going off by itself and needs replacing.
Location is excellent and the character of the hotel is nice to see. Buffet breakfast is very good and our room was of a good size with a comfortable bed.

United KingdomThe location of this hotel is excellent. The staff are lovely, especially the concierge the guys are helpful and smiley. The room was beautiful and clean, lovely linen and towels. We could just see the London eye through the trees. The mini bar was free with soft drinks and wine, a very nice touch. Great air conditioning and heater, lovely bathroom. Nice touches, umbrellas for the Uk temperamental weather. Not cheap. Would we go back? WITHOUT A DOUBT, SOON

ItalyThe room was spacious, and the breakfast alone is worth the trip. The staff were kind and always helpful. The location is perfect for visiting London. The soundproofing is not perfect due to the windows, but since the hotel is on a quiet street, it was not a major issue. Unfortunately, in the lobby there are steps to reach the lift and to access both the rooms and the restaurant, which is not easy to manage with a stroller and a small child. Luckily, Pervez, a member of the staff, was always there to assist us — incredibly kind and always with a smile.

AustraliaI requested a late check-out extension by two hours and I was told I needed to pay an extra 20 pounds which didn't make any sense considering I stayed for one week and paid almost 2 grand for my stay. Luckily, the manager decided to waver the extra charge so there is really nothing to dislike about the property.
The location is excellent, and the rooms are surprisingly quite spacious for London hotels which was very convenient for us, also the doorman Perwez has been tremendous throughout our stay offering us tips and helping us whenever possible. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Firstly, the head doorman here was the star of the show. I am not good with names but he gave me recommendations that never missed. Had a wonderful experience with just him. The room was quiet and had a wonderful view of the London Eye and the River Thames. Bed was comfortable. And on our way out the doorman shined again with having a taxi to take us to Heathrow. Easy walk to the Houses of Parliament, West Minster, Buckingham Palace, and many more.

United StatesThe air conditioning wasn't pumping cool air, and was unresponsive. The Caesar salad with chicken I ordered in the bar (in the menu about 20 pounds with chicken) was up priced exorbitantly on my bill. I didn't eat at the hotel again. I would also add that the bathtub width made it difficult to stand and shower, and the sides were soooo tall. Difficult for a shortie like me. Would update the TV channel selections.
Oh my goodness -practically everything. The garden view was amazing. Bed ooooh so comfortable. Amenities were amazing - All the snacks and beverages were a huge plus and kept me satisfied and beyond. Wi Fi worked very well. Staff was very friendly and competent from bottom to top. I would have liked to have seen the staircase, but didn't have a chance. Access to the garden (albeit having to walk around the building to access) was a huge plus, and I spent every evening (5 !) in the garden for a good stretch of time. EXCELLENT location, less than 1/2 mile from most of the things I wanted to see. I will gladly stay here again!
