The hotel is close to a busy road so could hear traffic noise through the night. Disappointed that there were no buses that passed the location to get into Town Centre.

Lovely staff from the cleaner, reception and in the bar and restaurant. Always very helpful. Comfy large bedroom and lovely food. Very close to the canal path which was a lovely walk.

    Nothing at all.

My daughter and I loved the location, the host and staff were lovely and so very helpful. The room was clean and the bed sooo comfortable. The host was very attentive and sorted our minor problem out straight away even though it was getting late. The breakfast was out of this world a full English cooked to my specifications and served hot and with a massive smile and the pancakes were awesome too 😊

Very clean and comfortable and on a quiet countryside location, yet very close to Chester Park and Ride. Staff were pleasant and helpful and à la carte breakfast was cooked fresh to order.

We stayed in Room 6 on the top floor, the shower which is part of the bath is definitely not ideal for anyone tall, would recommend just the standalone bath for that room, as too cramped for bath and shower

Staff were very welcoming and friendly throughout stay, Beds were comfortable and appreciated the tea making facilities, bath itself was lovely, very fast water pressure so can make a bath very quickly! Located on the main road but the property was lovely

Shower was over bath which we don't like but that's personal preference. A place to sit with a mirror to apply make up would have been nice. Neither would stop us rebooking and I expect other rooms may suit us better.

Great sized room, very clean and comfortable plus great price

A little noisy because of the bar/corridor next to room, and next to a road, but that’s to be expected, not that bothersome, I’m use to living in a very rural location, so it’s expected that I might notice it more than most.

Friendly staff, thought if everything you needed in the room.
