Peaceful, beautiful location. Really friendly hosts, I felt went above and beyond to welcome us. Parking on site. Separate private bathrooms were clean, well kept and much appreciated. Idyllic overnight stay, will definitely be coming back!

Outstanding little glamping site. The trailers/carriages are cosy but spacious enough, the location is quiet and peaceful yet within easy reach of shops etc, and the bathroom cabins are very clean. Would definitely stay here again and fully recommend. The owners greeting you on arrival is a lovely touch as well.

Beautifully furnished, very comfy bed with great facilities. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. I really liked the private bathroom cabins each with your own shower and toilet, true Glamping in style. The most idyllic location and having the sheep and ponies outside was so lovely to wake up to.

Perhaps an extra little table and a few more coat hangers in the sanitary cabin would be helpful.

The view was idyllic on wonderful and typical scottish countryside with sheep grazing and well attended horses. We had lovely breakfasts in the rising sun as our tent was orientated south-east. Lynn and Michael were always very friendly and helpful.

There was absolutely nothing I didn't like! The only addition that would have made the accomodation a tiny bit better, would have been bug screens on the opening windows and a slightly better bug screen on the main door, just to prevent being eaten by the notorious Scottish mozzies in the night!

I was greeted by the owner who was incredibly helpful, approachable and friendly, I felt very welcome! The facilities were exceptional, everything was really clean, comfortable and perfect for my stay! I will definitley be booking here again when I'm back in the area for work!

Fantastic place to stay, we loved every part of our stay so a massive thank you. The pod is bigger than we expected which was nice and it was super super clean, the separate bathroom again was big and lovely designed. The front of the pods were private from the others and it was so peaceful listening to the birds and having a fantastic view over the hills and the view of the horses. The hosts were extremely welcoming and we even got a tour of the farm along with a brilliant recommendation for food places to eat. Brilliant hosts and brilliant location with 30 mins into the centre/10 mins to the train station. Highly recommend.

A warm welcome right from the start. Beautiful views and so peaceful. Incredible value for money. We were very surprised by the facilities. You are allocated your own private bathroom with a brilliant shower. There is a shared kitchen space with everything you need for washing up and your own allocated space in the fridge. Beautiful cups and plates in your hut and kettle with a selection of instant coffees and teas. Only a 10mins to drive to a train station that takes you straight to Waverley Edinburgh which pops you out at the heart of where you need to be. My 2 year old would have loved here permanently. Just lovely.

The uniqueness of the shepherds hut , so quiet and peacefully , and great to see the horses so near, such a lovely chill out place , would've liked to have stayed longer , but if we ever in the area again we would definitely come back .

Honestly nothing!

The bathroom and kitchen facilities were clean, well managed and exactly what we needed. We felt welcomed and looked after from the moment we arrived by Lynne and Michael. The tent was comfortable and spacious.

We had difficulty in finding the farm as we were having trouble with the sat nav. The camping area was well arranged over looking the paddocks where some of the horses grazed. The only sounds were from the animals and the birds. The closest village Roslin had Dolly’s cafe for breakfast, Rosslyn Chapel for history and a number of places for food. A short travel to Straiton for park and ride, or Gorebridge station for train into Edinburgh with free parking at both.All the facilities were very good and spotlessly clean.

Beautifully furnished bell tent in peaceful setting. The facilities were great and had everthing I needed. I was made to feel very welcome, and the host was fantastic in accommodating my late arrival and guiding me with directions. All in all a wonderful stay with wonderful hosts. Thank you
