There honestly wasn’t anything negative about our stay – everything was just perfect.

We had such a wonderful stay at this caravan! It’s in a gorgeous spot and the location couldn’t be better – so peaceful, yet just a short distance from Edinburgh. The caravan itself was spotless, cosy, and had everything we needed to feel completely at home. We felt so relaxed throughout our stay and really appreciated all the thoughtful little touches that made it extra special. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to return!

No grab rail in the shower. You'd need to have collapsible cases and stow them under beds if there were six of you in residence. No drawers for underwear, most clothes would have to be hung in wardrobes. Having two loos was great.

Quiet location but easy access to facilities on site and the beach. Great bus service directly into Edinburgh. Train at Prestonpans a quicker journey if you want to do that. Caravan very comfortable although space in bedrooms very restricted. Everything provided for drinks except milk but there was oil for cooking, just needed to replace loo roll. Loads of toiletries in the shower!

The only complaint which is more a niggle is there isn't a lot of cupboard space in the kitchen.

It was beautiful inside very homely, plenty of room, warm. Just a home from home.

Restaurant was good for meals, staff was very helpful .

The caravan was excellent very clean and comfortable 👌 only missing a toaster, grill takes to long for toast lol but that's not a big issue .

Absolutely lovely caravan, very well equipped and some really lovely touches. A proper home from home. Very reasonably priced, we have previously stayed in another caravan on this site which was very similar to this one but was double the price!! Will definitely be booking this caravan again at some point soon 😁

The beds are narrow and short. The men in our family are extra tall.

We liked the location. It was suprisingly quiet. As an easy reach to Edinburgh. The living area is very nice and comfortable.

Great caravan - a good size. Free wifi in the caravan, and the park had plenty of facilities to use. Close to Edinburgh for day trips, and a good hub to go visit other parts of Scotland.

A little problem initially with the heating / hot water timer,

We found Rosie’s absolutely perfect for our stay. It was immaculate with every need catered for. The hosts were very accommodating and went over and above to ensure our stay was comfortable. Brilliant location and handy for transport.

    N/A

We had a lovely stay in Rosie’s retreat, it was a very convenient place to stay to explore Edinburgh, North Berwick and Glasgow. There was nothing that Rosie’s retreat did not have and it was spotless inside and out. We didn’t use the facilities on site due to us just using it as a base to explore, however we did have a look inside and the facilities had a great atmosphere and was perfect for children. I did notice all of the vehicles on site were very respectful of children and kept to the Harry Potter speed limit. Rosie’s retreat was a perfect place to chill and relax and we wouldn’t hesitate recommending it to our family and friends. Hope to see you both very soon. Diolch and thank you x

A play pass to use the facilities on the Haven site was very expensive. £45 per adult and £23 per child for the duration of the stay, but we only wanted to use the facilities for one rainy day. Would be good if they did a day pass. No fault of the caravan...we ended up finding a local leisure centre instead for less than £20.

Fabulous stay in a lovely clean and comfortable caravan. Great location for exploring Scotland. Fantastic value for money. Quiet site opposite the beach. It made our first visit to Scotland perfect, thank you.

Lovely homely caravan, clean and fully equipped. Been a few times and can't fault it. Owners great at helping with any concerns. Hoping To book for next year again. Decking would be handy for sunny nights. Didn't have the pleasure of using this thought😁

The caravan being well-stocked with appliances, it did not leave any room for any groceries. Slight confusion with the washing machine as it stated do not use on the plug. However, the owner clarified it.

The caravan was well-stocked, loads of appliances, with a most of the time strong Wi-Fi. The toilet balcony-esque was a relaxing retreat. Close to the beach, which the children thoroughly enjoyed.

Small bathroom and wc. You have to spend an extra amount on top for the Haven activities pass and activities.
