The price could be slightly cheaper. We had an issue with the shower head not staying attached, which made showering very difficult.

Health suite was a great addition to the stay, which was included. Great breakfast especially the cooked breakfast. Bedding was comfortable and room amenities were good. Staff was very friendly, each person we spoke to.

Very quiet location, friendly, professional & helpful staff, very clean and big room which was refurbished. Parking is always available which is very welcome! Hate that I have to pay extra for parking at other hotels! All good!

Very Friendly place, great grounds with a walking path on them (and if you go through the ‘danger wild animals’ gate an MTB trail just behind). Plenty of parking. It was warm, but that is to be expected on a hot day without aircon.

Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful, our room was clean with lots of space and had a lovely shower. Really comfortable, quiet night so slept very well. Breakfast was lovely with the staff also very welcoming and friendly. Overall a great stay in a lovely location, hoping to stay again one day.

Lighting in room - could be a bit brighter. Double Bed is comfortable for one person but would be a bit too small if sharing.

Clean, comfortable, well equipped rooms. Was quiet and peaceful. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast good. Had a lovely swim in the pool. Grounds are nice, had a stroll and stretch after I checked out. Will definitely stay again!

Poor room lighting. Very noisy party guests and no reply from the Reception Desk.

Spotlessly clean and beautiful grounds - a little challenging to locate. Accessible room was very spacious, but the lighting was very poor with no main light and one lamp beside was not working. The shower head had to be hand-held to avoid flooding and an excessively dangerous wet floor. Unfortunately, I didn't get a good night's sleep because a wedding party went on until nearly 3 am. Breakfast was excellent, delicious, and offered a wide variety. The staff were very kind and helpful.

Small point, but the wall heater operated the extra warmth (room temperature was set at a cool 18 degrees), and I could only get the booster to work in 30 minute cycles, so I had to keep remembering to pop it on again. Easy to do, though. Perhaps I missed something.

Incredibly comfortable bed in a spacious room. Very peaceful, pleasant surroundings. Very good breakfast included in the price. Friendly, helpful staff. Good wifi. Great value.

For such a nice hotel, we were surprised the bed was only a 4 foot 6 bed. Our own bed is 5 foot, and we consider that pretty standard for a hotel. Fortunately we aren't fat, but if we were, a 4-6 bed would be very small.

Staff, breakfast, parking. Grounds are amazing. Everything was neat, tidy and well kept. A real effort has been made. Really lovely place.

Fine for an overnight stay locally. Room was clean and spacious, staff were pleasant, breakfast selection just OK, but pretty much what you'd expect in a facility of this type. Overall no complaints and would stay again.
