Incredible friendly staff, very dog friendly, very accommodating for vegans, lots of cute and considerate touches to both the room and shared areas. We had a little patio outside our room, and the surroundings were very beautiful.

The location. The hospitality, The very comfortable and quite room with a modern touch. Very clean, room balcony in the garden is a nice touch. A minute walk away is the Robin Hood inn which serves great food and drink. Ample parking at the farm bnb, local hiking routes from the doorstep.

Received a warm welcome despite booking a room and hour before arrival. Superb surroundings and history to go with the location and old farm.

Two very minor points. We couldn’t get the television to work in our room and the shower head needs replacing or descaling

Excellent stay, more than accommodating with our group who were staying for a wedding. Offered pastries early for those leaving to get ready elsewhere on the wedding day. Excellent breakfast - would stay again and recommend to others!

Great location and the Inn next door served excellent food which was great for not having to drive. Luxurious accommodation and wonderful breakfast, cakes and beverages. Appreciated being able to charge our electric car at a good rate at the B&B.

This is a really lovely place to stay and Caroline and Chris couldn't have done anything more to make us welcome and comfortable. The homemade cake on arrival was delicious and the food at breakfast was spot on. The Robin Hood Inn is just next door with 10% off food for people staying at the Robin Hood B&B.

There was nothing I didn’t like

The property is beautiful! The bedrooms are lovely, the bed is very comfy and the bathroom very nice with a jacuzzi bath. There is a water cooler along with bottle green juices in different flavours and cordials you can help yourself too along with oat milk and flavoured teas. Breakfast was a good range of cereals including gluten free, dairy free and vegan options. We went for the omelette which was perfect. The hosts are just lovely people. We will definitely be returning

- lovely host! couple looking after the property for friends, they were so friendly and helpful - great walk to Chatsworth (about 1-2 hours, depending on if you get lost like me lol) - discount at the tavern next door, went for dinner and was yummy - complimentary tea, coffee, homemade cookies and cake!

The room was great but did not have ensuite facilities however it did not prove a hindrance and the bathroom was spacious and fitted to an excellent standard.

Breakfast options were great and sharing a table provided a community feel to our stay. Pleasant walking route nearby and local Robin Hood pub provided good food. The provision of home baked cake each day was a great bonus!
