The property was excellent. The host was extremely welcoming, kind, and always willing to provide helpful advice.

You can often hear the movements of the other flatmates, and getting around by public transport is a bit inconvenient.

Spacious room, clean and comfortable. Nice river views and location, a bit outside the city, but walking distance.

I would have liked the room to be cleaned daily (considering the price).

Location was excellent - by the river, and a short walk to town. Staff friendly, rooms comfortable. No breakfast, as was clearly set out when I booked, but there are places nearby to eat.

The room is located close to the town centre in a 10-15 minute walking distance. It is small, but very comfortable, has a small table, a TV and a good bed. It is really clean and cosy and perfect for a solo traveller. I got really good recommendations for non-touristy spots in and around Inverness (I can't tell, otherwise they'll become touristy) and even for the next stage of my trip, Fort William.

I would have liked a small cupboard or bench in the room.

A friendly host Who took good care of us. The place has a cosy bar where local scotrish people drop by. And the dinner which we chose was good solid food which is served with charming personality. Perfekt plade for one or 2 dans.

A relaxed and comfortable home from home. I enjoyed the location overlooking the river, and the decor was beautiful.

Eilidh was lovely, and very helpful. The hotel was gorgeous and the location excellent for walks by the Ness and strolls into town.

Very cozy and well decorated little room in a superb location by the river. Has everything you need for a good stay. The lady who greeted me was also very kind.

The mattress was a little too soft for me, but that's just a personal preference.

The sink is rather small, but given the bathroom size there is no other possiblility in doing otherwise.

It's a beautiful house, clean, in a very safe and and quiet area. It's located at 8 minutes walking to the Inverness Cathedral where's the start/end point for the fantastic tour to the Isle of Skye. The house has few rooms for the tourists with different names. My room was Skye and it had a private bathroom. The room had a decent size, very clean, the carpet was clean and in good condition. The bed was comfortable, with clean bed sheets and a fashionable bed cover. A night table, a desk with an electric kettle and a tray with tea,coffee,milk. A small tv with few channels. The windows were tinted, hard to see inside from outside, and the view was just beautiful. It was to the park. The bathroom was clean with modern features. I got lots of towels for only 2 nights. The lady owner of the house was very friendly, living in the house with her family. They have an adorable dog too. Check in/out was extremely easy and fast. The place wasn't only beautiful, clean and quiet. It was the approach which was friendly and respectful. I regretted for booking for only 2 nights.

The location is really nice, 20 meters from the river that you can actually see from the room window! The room is very beautiful, well kept, artistic and comfortable. The amenities for breakfast in the room are enough. The toilet is new, comfortable and very clean! We really enjoyed this stay! And the host, Eilidh, is super nice and helpful!
