Admittedly we booked a smaller double room but it really was tiny.

The staff were lovely and accommodating. Definitely the highlight of the stay. The breakfast was also really good. Perfect location!

No elevator (problem if you carry heavy luggage) and very little rooms. The only place Big enough to open the case was the bed itself.

It is modern, with design furniture, in front of the sea, and serves an excellent breakfast included in the price.

The room could have been cleaned better a lot of dust about and some marks on the walls could do with a fresh coat of paint. Breakfast was very basic for the price you pay for the night. A cooked breakfast would have hit the spot.

The property was lovely, the decor was very quirky had an old but modern feel to it. The bed was very comfortable. Lovely bathroom and shower was great. Great view of the sea. The food was great at dinner.

Well located and convenient to town but could be better maintained and cleaner.

The property is a bit tired. The stairway carpet is a bit worn and could use a cleaning in the traffic areas. Lighting throughout the rooms area could have been better. Very hard to see in our hallway and finding the door lock to our room necessitated using our phones flashlight. Inside the room, the bathroom, which was a glassed in area to one side of the room, was quite dark also. No lighting over the mirror only to the sides of the room, which made it difficult to see what one needed to see in the mirror. The shower curtain was about four inches longer than the actual drop to the floor, leaving the shower curtain steeping in water and, of course, allowing red mold to grow on said curtain. The staff did try to clean it up but it was still apparent. The settee at one of the water view windows had been badly stained and was off-putting. There is a green emergency exit light near to both the door of the room and the bed, which was annoying while trying to sleep. By the way, if you are booking this hotel, be aware that it does not have a lift, refrigerator in the room or basic hotel information in the room, such as wifi password, etc.

Best part of the hotel were the staff. All were friendly and helpful. A shout-out to both Rory and Melia(?) who went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. Excellent location just across the street from the water. Nice view from water view room. Room was good size. Very comfortable bed. Can walk to everything in town.

Continental buffet breakfast was ok, but the fruit salad was past its best, and the tea had been brewed and left in a vacuum flask and was not hot enough.

Friendly greeting, good location, free parking opposite. The room decor was quirky and attractive, although the 'Rennie Mackintosh' style glass in the bathroom door was rather too see-through for privacy when using the loo.

There are a lot of doors which makes it very noisy. There were dogs staying in the room across and they barked as soon as anyone opened a room door nearby. Could hear the tv next door, walls are very thin. It was also quite dirty in a space behind the tv where dust had collected and was falling on the coffee/tea equipment placed underneath it. No one asked if we’d slept well/had an enjoyable stay. No opportunity to give feedback or raise the issues we’d experienced.

Brilliant location, very comfortable bed and great shower. Breakfast was included and was very good.

Loved it all. The staff were amazing, friendly and very attentive, nothing was a bother and spent time to chat. The room was huge and very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless and very bright. It is the best shower I have ever had. Felt like I was in a waterfall in the rainforest. The food was fantastic especially the shin of beef, pure perfection. Highly recommend this hotel, even just for the shower. Thank you so much for making our stay amazing.
