The stairs. One side of shower screen was frosted glass, the other side was clear. For a twin room there was no privacy.

Clean, modern, had all of amenities. The ease of self check in. All codes, no keys. Good communication with owner.

No plug socket next to the bed for the phone. Charged the other side of the room but then didn’t know what the time was. The view, however I know this is reflected in the price we paid for the room and I would rather pay less.

Location is fantastic, and the rooms have everything you need. Quick response from owners with any questions.

Excellent location in the centre of Henley. We had the two room apartment that was spacious and very comfortable. Given that the property is on a (very pretty) main road it was quiet and peaceful.

Parking in Henley was not very straightforward but not impossible. This felt a bit expensive for what it was although this might be due to it being a very busy weekend in the area.

The location is fabulous, the room is clean and fairly well equipped although space is very tight and accessing the property felt a bit convoluted. There is no reception so I have not rated staff but mostly this met our needs as we just needed to spend the night. I think if we had needed to spend more time, the tight space would have been more of a challenge.

The room was excellent we had everything in the room you would expect and was very close to where we was going so all in all the room hit the spot. Very clean and tidy.

Great location right in city centre, very clean and quiet, easy contactless check in. Very small but very well thought out, may have space issues for a couple with those suit cases big enough to carry a body in. Great value for the money, had little things like instant coffee, large coffee cups and 2 wine glasses, would for sure stay there again.

Property was conveniently located and a short walk to the train station. Great communication prior to arrival which made the check-in smooth and easy. Room was well equipped and clean.

I had a slight problem with check in. It was resolved but initially I thought I'd made a booking mistake. I got confused as they scheduled their WhatsApp check in messages and it turned out I was looking at the booking information from the time I stayed before and was worried I booked the wrong date. I should have refered to my email because I arrived early. Once I'd recovered from a stressful hour of thinking I'd made an error, and confusing the tech....I got in and it was all sorted. I won't make that mistake again.

Great location and small, clean, functional room which is very convenient for Henley. It all works really well. We've stayed here before and would stay again. IT's not cheap but Henley, that weekend never is.

Our room was quite a small studio room, it looked bigger in the photos but still wouldn't stop me from staying again for the weekend.

Location was amazing. The rooms looked like they had been recently renovated recently so we're really nice quality.
