The sliding door of the bathroom next to the kitchen and it kept coming off its track. Some signs of wear and tear around the property needed a bit if TLC in places. Poor service in the restaurant for the evening meal.

Lovely peaceful location with balcony overlooking the lake. Comfortable bed and quiet location. We enjoyed the swimming pool and cafe with our family. Beautiful beaches at Mawgan Porth and Porthcothan nearby

There were no basics included like shampoo, shower gel, washing up liquid, tea and coffee. It was a very expensive price point not to have these included, as the on-site shop was extremely expensive to get these basic things.

We were in the end block 1st floor so accessibility with out luggage in the rain from the car park was difficult

A couple of things The privacy either front or rear of the property so close to neighbours. The front of property having to walk passed their part to get to what was our door The duvet being really thick (too hot for that particular duvet) and pillows being really big

Apartment needed a revamp, a bit old looking.

Swimming was good and the location, easy to get to and from places. The setting of the resort was fab.

The tall grass around the lodges should be cut , showing the clean cut grass. It is all overgrown and not welcoming. The restaurant food could be better.

Lodges were great, very well presentable when entered. Very quiet and peacefull.

It would have been nice to have a gate to the outside decked area of the barn so we could relax more knowing our two small dogs could not take themselves off for a walk.

Barn accommodation was fabulous 3 bedrooms two were en-suite and a further family bathroom. There was a gift box for our two dogs which was a lovely surprise. Accommodation was clean and tidy, had everything you’d need for your holiday.

Outside was tired and needed some attention, paint peeling and decking on terrace green and slippery with weeds growing up through. Just outside needed some TLC

The only downfalls were , the downstairs walk in shower had a lot of mildew on tiles , was a bit of an eyesore. The stair gate was ripped in living room, the jacuzzi bath didn’t work .

The apartment comes with 1 toilet roll per stay..I asked for another as 2 women sharing it didnt go very far to be told you are only allowed 1 toilet roll per stay as it's self catering you have to bring or buy your own. Which I was really quite surprised about! There is no tea/coffee or shower gel at all- again I understand it's self catering but for the amount you pay to stay I do expect a couple of teabags and some wash stuff as a token gesture. The gym is very small but it has enough kit to do a workout.

Great location for exploring Tintagel, Padstow, Newquay. Our luxury Apartment was really lovely and had the essentials you need for a self catering stay. The park itself is very clean and picturesque and quiet.
