Recensione verificataPosizione centrale e ben collegata per visitare a piedi o con I mezzi, il centro di Londra. Quartiere vivo e piacevole da attraversare anche di sera. Locali pieni e alla moda per aperitivi dopo le 17.00. La struttura era ben tenuta e la camera molto pulita. Noi abbiamo scelto una stanza con angolo cottura, che pur se con pochi pezzi, aveva tutto il necessario per cucinare e mangiare per due. Pentole, piatti, bicchieri, tazze, posate, scolapasta, attrezzi vari, lavastoviglie e frigo. Persino spugnetta e detersivo incluso. Abbiamo sempre mangiato in camera. Pranzi e cene. E per essere soddisfatti noi italiani, vuol dire che è ottima per fermarsi in stanza a cucinare.La colazione e' stata sempre completa, sia la tipica all'inglese, che quella dolce. Eravamo in due e quindi materiale e spazi adeguati a due persone. La camera sembra un po piccola dalle foto, e lo è. Ma alla fine ci sta tutto e c'è veramente spazio per ogni utensile atto a cucinare. Arredamento moderno. Il tavolo era più che capiente. Comode le sedie e la poltrona per riposate. Bagno ricco di accessori. Doccia grande. Letto matrimoniale per due, tipo king. Personale alla reception cortese e disponibile. In pochi minuti si arriva al Tower Bridge o alla fermata del metro' di London Bridge. Al 5 piano bella vista sullo Shard. Soluzione ottima per chi vuole essere indipendente nel cucinare e risparmiare comprando direttamente nei negozi o al vicino Borough Market.

Recensione verificataLetto confortevole, stanza spaziosa per 2 persone. Nel nostro caso eravamo in 3, quindi il divano letto occupava gran parte del soggiorno-cucina, ma era previsto. Colazione più che soddisfacente come varietà e qualità
I tavoli per la colazione sono pochi rispetto al numero di persone, molti sono costretti ad aspettare in coda all'ingresso della sala anche per lungo tempo (anche 20 minuti in alcuni casi) nel momento di maggior affollamento; anche coda per prendere il caffè o i cibi caldi. A mio avviso servirebbe aggiungere una macchina caffè in più in altra zona della sala, lo spazio per farlo ci sarebbe - e riorganizzare tavoli/sala per aggiungere posti.
