Amazing, super fun and so many thought out little touches. Bed was super comfy. 100 percent would come again and it’s rare I say that about a hotel. It was my partner’s birthday they upgraded us and left us a fruit bowl, piece of cake and cute note in the room!

Wish breakfast menu had more child friendly options, just abit more simpler had to eat breakfast else where as menu was abit to fussy but that’s just my opinion not a bad reflection at all on the hotel

It’s quirky so different to any other hotel! Even spotted beehives on the roof!! Fantastic gym & even has its own cinema. Fab cocktails too

Only complaint from my youngest was she couldn’t reach the chalk board lol

Felt like I was on an actual holiday rather than overnight stay. Class hotel, the staff were super friendly and made a fuss of my two girls will definitely come again

Asking for a service payment (tip), at the beginning of a stay, and before any actual service has been given is a interesting take.....and the fact that I got this via email, before any interactions with staff at all, and then in the first minute with the front of house staff.

There wasn't anything to dislike, however unfortunately the USB data points in our room would not work for our phone charger for the duration of our stay (despite an engineer attending to the problem and letting us know that all was working okay). The Reception staff were very accommodating however and helped us charge our phone behind the desk on a daily basis.

The hotel is beautifully curated and decorated with lots of personal touches to make one's stay comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we particularly liked the hotel's child-like, playful 'vision' which we feel was a great success.

Not much that we didn’t like.

It was very different from all the white sheets and pillows. It had a particular theme where everything appears to be made of wood. It gave us a very different feeling

I personally don't like having the "mini bar" taking up so much space. The large tray filled with snacks to purchase, meant that I had nowhere to put my things on the side. Felt like it's putting profits above comfort. The carpark (not owned by treehouse) is awful, so I would recommend probably parking elsewhere. It's tiny, awkward and expensive.

Wonderful and comfortable bed, nice and cool even during a heatwave. Really loved that the gym was 24/7 and the quality of the equipment. Comfortable and cosy for a small room, would stay again.
