A bit dated, and no lift, our room was at the top of the building and there were approximately 60 steps up to it Although there’s a small garden it didn’t feel too safe as there were holes in the decking that needed repairing

Great location and value for money The breakfast was fantastic

I was a solo traveller and elected to pay for a double room. I got a small hot stuffy room on the top floor, no elevator. It was not nice at all, and looked nothing like the photos they promote. Every day when I came back the air conditioner was turned back up to 27 degree. No room for luggage. Initially I tried to book alternate accommodation but the cost was too much to absorb. Breakfast start at 7.30 seriously we are travelling and to attend a day trip I was well gone from the hotel before that time. No offer for early breakfast when heading to the airport early.

The reception staff were very good when they are there. Breakfast was excellent.

Room & bathroom were too small, bathroom very cramped. Bed frame and mattress different sizes, kept hitting our leg against the metal bolt on frame. No room for anything, certainly not cases.

Breakfast was well cooked and nice ingredients, staff in kitchen/waitress all very hard working and friendly.

The hotel is in a very good location, close to the British Museum, 10 minutes walk to the metro. Although it looks old, it has a certain charm. The breakfast was good, the staff was polite. I would choose to stay here again.

There’s a constant sound of running water coming from the vent, which makes it hard to get a good night’s sleep.

Upon arriving to the hotel after office hours, I then had to leave my luggage & half of my group to walk to a “sister facility” a few blocks away in order to pick up my room keys. I was given only one set of keys and told that I had only one room booked, which was not the case at all, and caused quite a bit of friction and initial inconvenience.

Breakfast was very good, but dining room was chaotic and crowded
