Lots of emphasis on neighbours - they don't like noise! We were very quiet but still had a visit from neighbour telling me to turn soundbar off on the TV Like walking on eggshell for the remainder of our stay.

Nicely appointed 2 bedroom terraced house with dedicated parking in a quiet residential street Comfortable bed with plenty of storage for clothes/suitcases and stuff.

It was a bit of a squeeze for two adults and two older kids!

Great location in Kenilworth, easy walking distance to the shops, restaurants, and Abbey Fields. The house was cosy and comfortable and had everything we needed for our short stay. The owner was quick to respond to messages. We especially liked the water filter on the tap and the big walk-in shower!

Nothing major, just few things I’d improve: no toiletry provided, or a frying pan not compatible with the induction oven. But still for me this is a top location.

The house was absolutely brilliant, fitted with almost everything what we needed, maybe except the coffee machine (but to be fair, there was an instant coffee available). Good size bathroom with a walk-in shower. There was a dedicated, off-street parking place just outside the front door. Short distance to the high street with many pubs and restaurants and a walkable distance to the castle. I will definitely come back in the future!

The only room for improvement was not being able to get the hob to work for cooking. Just needs some basic instructions in the property. Nothing major though.

It was all good.

The house was quiet, extremely clean and the presentation made us feel comfortable and at ease. The way the towels and cloths etc were presented was a lovely touch and showed care. Excellent facilities, though we were hardly there. Close to town, could easily walk. Parking was right outside.

The company running the booking was excellent, responsive, helpful. Really they couldn't have done a better job. The architect who designed the house may have been there on work experience, but that was hardly a big issue for a few days.

Great location, very helpful customer service and a lovely house. Lots of little personal touches around the house. The book about the property gave some nice recommendations too.

WiFi wasn’t available a couple of time, still connected but no signal to devises so not the most reliable. Back bedroom mattress could do with replacing.

Location, it was close to everything and quiet. Well equipped with everything need and smart energy appliances good. The shower was great.

Bedding was ripped in several places, could do with updating. Didn't know how to turn heating up or down as on all night. Toilet was a bit of a tight fit. Bins were over full outside of the front door looked like they hadn't been emptied for a while. Mattress in second bedroom wasn't very comfortable you could feel springs.

Ease of access into Reeve House, parking was excellent. Everything in the house that you could want. Comfortable bed in main bedroom, wonderful shower.

I was super conscious that our stay didn’t negatively affect the neighbours. It is a very quiet residential neighbourhood…. Hardly a negative though!

All heat and hot water turned off. No book of instructions for home. Toook several tries after finding thermostats to get things set. House was cold overnight. Couldn’t shower first morning due to no hot water. We finally had figured it out but this could have been avoided with some simple instructions.

Neighbour was a little rude but that can’t be helped. Also cleaner late due to traffic so had to wait to bring all our stuff in but they were very polite and the weather was nice so sat in the garden.

Very nicely decorated, had wonderful tech and facilities available, some wardrobe space and walking distance to town. Great located to stay for Warwick Castle and other places nearby. Amazing shower and nice towels.

Duel booking made it more complicated and time consuming than expected. Some garden chairs would have made the garden much more of an asset, given the lovely weather we had.

Property was very good but some instructions about appliances would have been helpful, didn’t figure out the sound bar for the television. Also a second front door key. Although there is a key safe couldn’t use that when going out early and leaving someone asleep in bed. Also double registration/verification with both booking.com and agent was very time-consuming.

Very warm in the master bedroom because the boiler was ON all the time(heating switch). No drying rack for dishes.. The shower is very weird.. Very small rubbish bin in the kitchen. Some pans/pots you can't use on this cooker.. Toilet paper with only 1 layer haha
