Only small problem was a foreign family in the room above. Can't people from abroad learn to walk without thumping their feet, and allowing kids to run around? Could have done with bedside table lamp, as i like to read without disturbing the missus. Noisy fan in bathroom, but there is a switch above door.

Nice welcome, nice room. Everything you'd expect. Nice location on no8 bus route into Oxford. Never had breakfast, so won't comment. Never had to ask for anything, because it was perfect for us. Left to our own devices, and that's convenient for us.TV even had Sky, Nice touch. Nice Indian restaurant just up the road. I think it is called Curru Adda. Oxford was lovely, with some amazing museums. The unii buildings alone were worth the visit. People were so friendly. If they do a Christmas market, we will definitely come back.👍

It's on a main road but you know that when you book, but in extreme heat you can't have the windows open. However 100% not thoer fault.

Location for a trip to Oxford Brookes is excellent, 5 min walk.

Nice bed&breakfast in a great location. Car park directly in front of the house. Bus station to Oxford city centre right outside the door. Breakfast is available, but we didn't make use of it as there are also several breakfast cafes up the road.

This place saved us from a terrible airbnb. They were so kind, friendly, and responsive. We were so happy they could accommodate us and much earlier than their check-in time. It was clean, and the family room was comfortable. Short walk to shops and a fantastic park for kids or a stroll. Some nice restaurants are nearby. Bus stop right out front. Parking was off the street, and we never had trouble getting a spot. Would highly recommend for a short stay.

Would be good to have a fan in the room - the night was just cool enough to sleep with the window open but anything warmer and I think it would have felt too warm.

Great location, close to the hospital for visits and also to a stretch of restaurants on the high street nearby. Room and bathroom was incredibly clean, shower had good water pressure and water ran hot consistently which was appreciated. Breakfast was simple but lovely as well, and convenient for an early start.

Hot water in the en-suite was a bit hit or miss. It was way better after we used the shower, so maybe just needed some better water flow but it didn't detract from our stay.

Room was very clean and comfortable, decided to go with the continental breakfast and wasn't disappointed. Power shower in the en-suite was very good, if a wee bit noisy. Useful to have on-site parking. Very helpful staff and would stay again.
