reception area was not that nice in my view, there was just anarrow corridor with lifts and it wasnot spacious or nicely integrated with the rest of the hotel

The only thing that I didn't like was maybe the elevator was a bit wobbly and noisy.

The hotel and room were both very clean inside and outside. The bed was comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water and great water pressure. The location of the hotel was convenient for walking to the airport bus stop. The included breakfast was decent, but didn't have a ton of options. The free WiFi was fast and easy to connect with.

The doors are old style lock doors and noisy when people arrive home…first night was woken up every other hour with people arriving home but second night wasn’t an issue I think because people were not out late. Breakfast was a great spread, but just felt a bit uncomfortable as in small space in kitchen so felt quite on top of one another when others were in there.

The location was fantastic, very central to everything and everything was in walking distance.

I asked in advance for early check in. As I was landing at 8am. And I had to meet people at 2. I was at outside from 9-1. And went over many times and still couldn’t get in. I was late for meeting my pals

Unfortunately we had a strong smell of sewage in the bathroom on the first night. The shower seemed blocked. We mentioned to reception who said someone would look at it. The shower did seem better on the 2nd night but the smell was off and on. We also had a drip coming from the toilet from upstairs.

Really good location, lovely system of having a kitchen on every floor for continental breakfast in the morning. Ovens, fridges etc if you want to make your own stuff for breakfast too. Lovely quiet accommodation.

Room was very warm, no aircon just a fan. Couldn't have the window open as on a main road so it was too loud. Noise isn't a problem with the window shut. Unfortunately didn't get to try the breakfast as it didn't start until 8 (you can get continental at 7) but I needed to leave for the airport by 6.45.

Beds were really comfy, location was great for shops and restaurants. The bus to International airport stopped right nearby at the university. Option in the cupboard for softer pillows as the ones on the bed are firmer and I like having one of each so loved that being available. Staff member at check in was friendly and helpful.

On a busy street at night but felt very safe and cozy.

Very cool design and still comfy. Very cool bathroom that was 100% accessible.

Shower seemed to be stuck on very hot. No air con in room and fan provided was very noisy. The breakfast room was a little small and maybe some instructions about whether you could take some to your room as only 6 chairs (though we later found out you could go to any floor if full).

The location was excellent. Ability to check bags in on day of arrival and departure made things more comfortable. Staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was fine.

Filthy outside of hotel, noisey, drunks in public areas . One member of staff very rude ,we went for breakfast at 7 am as we had to be out early but she would not let us in breakfast area, kept saying she does not start work until 7am and would not open breakfast room until she was ready, clearly states open from 7am on 1st floor area ,we eventually just went in 7,10 she was not happy saying something in a foreign language ,also breakfast room too small only 6 people can sit down, 8 or 9 rooms on each floor?

Was a little noisy when i had the window open.

The staff were really nice. The young man on reception was lovely, he went above and beyond for me when it came to check in and was nice and chatty. The room was nice and clean and bed was comfy. I would stay here again.
