The room was comfortable with a good en-suite shower. Breakfast was also good and huge. The man-behind-the-bar sorted out a payment error with Booking .com

Excellent access from the ferry, good clean rooms and great staff. Wonderful British pub food

The room was a little on the cramped side. Bed very comfortable but shower a bit on the small side for a large lump of a human like myself. But exceptionally clean. We were unfortunate in the fire alarm going off at 2.15am and because no staff were onsite it was almost an hour before it was turned off. Staff were extremely apologetic and promised drinks/meals as a gesture but as it was our last night there wasnt any chance to enjoy those. However I wouldnt hesitate in going back.

The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The food was excellent. I would describe the Prince of Wales as a traditional British pub with ensuite accomodation. It was nice to receive a decent traditional English breakfast included in the cost with decent portions, fine ingredients and cooked to order. No Richmond sausages here ! It was also nice to have our little dog welcomed, none of this 'dog friendly room' business like some of the competition. If you are visiting Osborne House the pub is directly opposite the entrance. Parking good too.

I am a tall man and the bed had a footboard meaning I couldn't stretch out quite as much as I would have liked. This is a bit harsh as many hotel beds are similar so no big issue.

Lovely room, very clean and tidy. Felt very comfortable and well kept. Had everything you would expect in the room didn't need to ask for anything. Staff were all very friendly. Without hesitation I will stay again.

The hotel side of the establishment was a bit of an after thought. I asked for my room to be made up and put a sign on at the start of the day. Came back and nothing had been done. I asked one of the girls that worked there if I could have this done. Even if it was just toilet rolls and new towels. When I got back later they were just on the floor outside my room. I wasn't happy that the towels I was using on my face had been on the floor. Breakfast was great especially the first day. The second day was okay but the hospitality was a bit scarce.

We loved the breakfast and the rooms were very clean. Drinking water was always given at the bar when we needed it. Location was good too.

I thought breakfast could have had a bit more choice. Would have liked an espresso but they didn’t have it. Nor Porridge. A first world problem granted, but I felt a standard thing. Maybe it’s the London in me!!!

Lovely and clean. Great location and super value.

I had to leave at 7.30am due to work and didn't know where to leave my room key for my early check out as nowhere was open. Maybe need a key drop box or something,

The room was super nice, clean tidy and a decent size. Very comfortable bed. Will definitely use this place again.

    Can’t think of anything

A short walk to the entrance of Osborne House. Walking distance to East Cowes or floating bridge to Cowes. The property was clean and well maintained. It had a bar too serving excellent food. The breakfast set us up for the day. Thank you Dean and Saturday chef 😋👌🏻
