Breakfast fabulous. Location lovely. Quiet and peaceful.

The breakfast was amazing, so much choice you will not go hungry. Also the location was just perfect, my room overlooked the garden very picturesque and quiet.

What's not to like, great location, great hosts, fantastic accommodation in welcoming surroundings.

The owners were very welcoming and generous. We arrived late however we were met with Scones and Tea. The Campbell room was superb and only surpassed by Boo the dog (what a star). Amazing Breakfasts.

The hosts were Friendly. Breakfast was very good and specially enjoyed the woodland walk through the back of property and garden.

Very friendly and accommodating hosts. The breakfast was astonishing! Excellent welcome with tea and cakes on the decking/patio area outside of our room. A good location for exploring Inverary and the local area.

While there was a very good communal lounge for tea and coffee making, a kettle in the room for an early morning drink would have been appreciated Access to the outside decking area directly from our room was very nice. The weather, however, was exceptionally hot and the only nighttime ventilation possibility was to leave the patio door open - this felt a little odd but is not likely to be a very common occurrence!

Very friendly and accommodating. They are a nice couple, lovely dog and the facilities were absolutly amazing. I would go back anytime and recommand it to anyone.

Absolutely beautiful, modern and stylish but done in such a way that still looks Scottish and traditional, very classy.

No faults that I could find, would just suggest a usb port in bedroom.

Amazing spacious room with garden view. Breakfast was outstanding and hosts made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble.

The mattress sloped so your legs were higher than your head so I slept the wrong way. After that the bed was very comfortable.

Sue and John were excellent hosts. Nothing too much trouble for them. Great facilities and beautiful surroundings.

Everyting, was great, John and Sue and there dog, the breakfast, the bed was comfortabel the garden was great. All by all whe had a good stay at the powdergun mill

Absolute nothing

Sue and John had thought of everything! I couldn't believe their generosity with a welcome tray of tea and home-baked treats. The gardens were immaculate and it was so lovely to be able to go for a walk up into their forest where you felt miles away from anywhere and like you were in another world. The breakfast was delicious and all done to order. I especially loved the 2 different shared sitting areas for guests including a mezzanine up a ladder which felt very cosy. Also their communication was very clear and helpful, as I really benefited from their directions on how to get there. They have cultivated such a beautiful atmosphere in their space and I would highly recommend!

Very nice room overlooking the garden and very comfortable bed. Owners were delightful and looked after me.
