Beautiful rural location. The converted barn was beautifully decorated and so spacious and comfortable. Everything that you could need. A real home from home.

Weather could have been better, but there is no control over that. Otherwise nothing.

Great cottage, very spacious and comfortable. Very good welcome pack included. Being out of town it is a quiet area, although you can still hear the toot of the steam trains. Easy walk into town across fields (20min?) where you emerge at the heritage train station. Recommend the Old Dairy which is situated there for drinks and music. Took a trip out to Great Dixter garden (15 min. drive) which was at its best in August. We indulged ourselves a couple of times at Montalbanos, a restaurant in the High St directly opposite Station Rd. Very good food. We didn't realise that the farm hosts a small vineyard and has wine tastings.

There was nothing to fault at the property, was an exceptional stay.

Fabulous location, lots of beautiful walks and so convenient for Tenterden without being right in the centre. Fabulous property with above and beyond facilities. Made you feel welcomed and relaxed straight away. The hosts were very friendly and approachable and made suggestions for meals out which we explored and were very accurate. The bed was super comfortable and haven’t slept as well in ages !!! I would heartily recommend to anyone, superb place.

I’d rate this holiday home 10/10. I did not find a single thing that I missed. A real Home from Home The WiFi is also excellent!

This place is almost too good to be true. The hosts were just so lovely and welcoming, it was a joy to check in. You are in a converted barn within their property but you well and truly left alone but they are also on hand if you need anything. I watched the sunset many times during my stay and it was incredible as the fields are nestled within a valley. This truly is the place to relax and unwind, the bed is super comfortable, the linen and towels are fresh and clean and I couldn’t have asked for better facilities. There are 2 showers, 2 loos and an incredible deep bath. Lots of windows and they also have blinds so you can feel secure at night. If you need a reset and want some sleep, you will love Angel Cottage. I will book again very soon.

Not a single negative thing to add. Genuinely not even one.

This has to be one of the most beautiful and peaceful places we have stayed. We travel a lot and I’ve been to many different locations, but this is definitely in our top five: I do not have a single negative thing to say. I’m already planning ahead for when we can next day again. It’s such a lovely and peaceful place.

The cottage is spotless and really comfortable. Equipped well for the stay, and Stephen provided us with local products for breakfast. The location is very peaceful and beautiful.

What a beautiful cottage! We loved staying here, the property is peaceful, comfortable and exceptionally finished with a personal touch of luxury. The bathrooms particularly are amazing with a huge bath. Stephen was welcoming and friendly, we were able to park our car undercover, and the cottage had everything we needed. We're looking forward to returning and doing a wine tasting!

Had an incredible stay at Potts Farm - a really lovely, quiet and well thought out little cottage / barn! Stephen and Kate were very hospitable, and super friendly - and they invited us for wine tasting which was wonderful! Fresh breakfast produce was great too - highly recommend!

The cottage was clean and comfortable and decorated to a high standard. It contained everything we needed and more. Hosts were lovely and there if we needed them as well as informative on places to visit. Great base for visiting places around Kent. We loved our stay here and would definitely come back.

Quiet, comfortable, clean, welcoming, light, spacious. Bacon, eggs, wine and milk were much appreciated There wasn't anything we didn't like. Observations - couldn't find wi-fi code or instructions for rubbish / recycling. Cushions / seats for outside would have been a good addition Certainly no complaints and above all met/ exceeded expectations

A wonderful tranquil stay in Angel cottage, a modern, spotless, fully equipped cottage , surrounding idyllic countryside but within easy reach of Tenterden , Stephen and Kate were very helpful indeed , couldn’t of wished for a nicer stay, hope to visit again !
