Wonderfully attentive, warm and friendly host in Clare. A real home away from home with beautiful and tasteful decor. Comfortable beds and furniture throughout with all modern and working kitchen equipment. Great dining space. A selection of board games available. Beautiful tranquil garden with a fish pond. We liked everything here.

The bathroom door was creaky which was especially noticed during the night.

The property was easy to find and Clare gave us good directions beforehand. The property was very clean and tidy and it has all the equipment you needed for cooking and the stay in general. We especially liked the garden with the pond and water feature. We felt very cosy and comfortable like a home from home. We would definitely stay here again.

A night light or PIR would have been helpful at the front of the house as it was dark when we returned one evening. It was hard to look for keys etc

The bungalow was very tastefully decorated, and facilities of a very high standard. The kitchen was very well equipped with quality utensils and crockery etc. The host provided us with milk, tea, coffee, and condiments which was very thoughtful, and Clare asked several times if there was anything else we needed, although we didn't meet her. Cute garden with a safely covered fish pond, patio table and chairs. All in all, it felt like a cosy family home, and we would love to re-visit another time.

This was the perfect property for us as a party of 3 adults. Comfy, clean, nice outdoor space for coffee in the morning sunshine. Well-equiped kitchen, and spacious dining room and lounge with very comfortable sofas. Great location for a short walk to the centre of framlingham. Checking in could not have been easier and communication with Clare was clear and straight-forward, and we found the bungalow easily with Clare's written information.

Really not a problem as the bungalow has plenty of mirrors on the wall but no full length one.

The Bungalow was spacious and furnished to a very high standard. It was immaculately clean and it literally had everything you could want or need. Plenty of towels, lovely throws, and plenty of wardrobe, draw space. The garden was a delight lovely plants, table and chairs and the koi carp pond was an absolute joy. Check in and out process was simple and straightforward. Claire the owner was so lovely and helpful. Beds were really comfy. We loved staying here and hope to return. Perfect location close to Framlingham centre and the castle all within walking distance. Would highly recommend a stay here. The bungalow is very private and in a quiet area.

We had a lovely stay at this property. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The town is minutes away yet the property is in a very quiet area. Couldn't fault it, we hope to return at some point.

The only downside was that the beds were a little small, so we ended up sleeping in separate rooms!

Really lovely and spacious flat that had everything we needed. It was handy that there was parking on site and self check in and out. Great location with only a 10 min walk to the centre of town. Clare checked in with us to see if we had everything we needed.

Don't think there was anything that we didn't like and it felt like home from home.

We really enjoyed our stay at Potters Brook in Framlingham. The property was very comfortable and it had everything that we needed for our stay. The kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you need. The bedroom was lovely with a super comfy bed. The property is in a very quiet location within easy distance of the town. We even had a Christmas tree in the conservatory which was an extra special touch.

Lovely place with peaceful vibes. The decor is neutral but warm and welcoming. It never feels like someone else’s home, and that’s a huge bonus for me. Clare is a thoughtful and highly effective host. Will return.
