Nothing…… there was nothing to fault. The owners message and gave clear instructions and where very helpful.

It’s a beautifully clean accommodation. With lovely personal touches. The little milk on arrival and lots of information on your surroundings. The bed was lovely and comfortable and the bedding smelt lovely and was crisp and clean.

No negative comments. Lovely courtyard to sit outside the cottage, however a table to put our cups / drinks on would have been helpful near the seats.

We liked the peaceful location, the area around the farm was lovely and we could walk where we wanted, to the lake, fields and stables. The accommodation was spotless and perfect and the host was friendly and welcoming. Ideal location for Silverstone, Towcester racecourse, 1/2 hour from Bletchley Park, 20 min from Northampton. Supermarkets, garage, excellent fish and chips shop (marlins) 10 min away. Although we didn't try it there was a pub at the top of the lane to the farm.

We loved all of it.

Lovely refurbished stables in beautiful countryside - the stables were done to a very high standards and felt very comfortable and spacious for a long weekend. Our stables felt very private and we really enjoyed the quiet countryside. Although self catering the stables have great facilities - Sam made sure we had everything we needed! We even got to walk around the farm - there is a lovely lake with swans which we really enjoyed. We will definitely return!

Nothing in particular - if we were being hyper-analytical, then the TV could do with being raised a little and we couldn't figure out how to stop the towel rail in bathroom being burning hot all day!

Lovely, really well appointed. Had everything you needed for stay, and ample instructions for your stay, with recommendations (a couple of which we tried out). It just happened to be the hottest weekend of the year when we stayed, so the fan was a god send! The photos of the stables in construction and of the horses were a really nice touch, and could even argue more of the story could be told!

There is nothing to dislike

Room is much bigger than pictures show. Finished to a high quality with photos of renovation etc. Peaceful location. Great communication and help wherever necessary prior to attending. Warm welcome. Easy directions given. Recommendations for local areas too. Deers and owls seen on the two nights we stayed.

We loved every moment, Sam and Harry were so lovely and accommodating. They even generously gave us a lift to the wedding we were attending! The place was immaculately clean, everything we could possibly need while away. 2 shower heads to enjoy a rainfall shower! Utter bliss!! My partner and I enjoyed every moment
