Unnecessary complicated water system.

We arrived at school pick up time and the parking area was very busy as there's a school next door. The TV in the room was dated with fiddly controls that took a while to work out.

The room was lovely, with a comfortable bed. The sunny balcony overlooking the park and river was an unexpected bonus. Good breakfast. Very easy stroll into central Twickenham. Helpful staff.

There wasn't anything we didn't like but the only issue that prevents me from giving the room a 10 rating was the absence of a set of drawers for storing small items of clothing etc. Other than that it was perfect

An excellent hotel. Comfortable rooms, the biggest and best bed I've ever slept in Attentive and friendly staff, the breakfasts were superb and the one dinner we had was excellent value for money. Very good location and we wouldn't hesitate to stop here agaib

The shower leaked water onto the bathroom floor almost immediately - I had to sacrifice a bathmat entirely to the job of soaking up the stream of water. The minibar/fridge was hidden in a cupboard without a handle, which I could not open. In fact, I started to doubt there was a fridge! Luckily a member of staff pried it open with a spoon, but it would have been much nicer if I could have accessed it sooner.

Large comfortable room with well thought out seating area. The balcony was secluded which meant I was happy to sit and watch the world go by in my dressing gown. Quiet too - was largely unaware of other guests whilst in our room. Plenty of hanging space in the wardrobe, iron with a very long cable (I wish mine was a long at home). Large restaurant with a good choice of food. It was a pity we were only there for one day, so didn't get chance to try much. Free parking! This clinched it for me, although it would have helped to know about the underground car park before we arrived. The view - it was so unexpected to be in such a handy spot for London and yet be looking out at the river and trees in all directions. Air conditioning - it was such a hot day and the room was deliciously cool.

Don't expect to use the TV. This is my fourth visit and I have not got the TV to work except calling a staff member in to fiddle with it.

Rooms are good size as is the bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Generally better appearance than your standard hotel room.

Location of this hotel is good. On a bus route right outside hotel. Close to everything. Many restaurants close by.

Room advertised as large bed but was actually 2 singles pushed together. Child cot was broken so our son ended up on the sofa bed. Charged us £11 because our 2 year old had one bowl of cereal at the continental breakfast.

Situated in a good location across the road from a lovely park and close Twickenham high street. Our room was huge and very comfortable

No real issues, just the TV didn’t work in one of the rooms, but we weren’t in there enough for it to matter. The drinks were very expensive at the bar, but I know this is the case in most places these days.

Great location. Brilliant parking facilities. Lovely, unique bedrooms. Very comfortable beds. Great bathroom facilities. The most amazing Sunday lunch. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again.

Unfortunately, there were several issues during our stay. Despite placing a "Do Not Disturb" sign on our door, we returned to find the cleaning staff was inside. The sign was still hanging, which felt like a clear disregard for our privacy. On top of that, the toilet paper wasn’t refilled, and when we requested it at reception, the next day the cleaning staff actually removed what we had left. We also found shoe prints in the shower, and the general cleanliness of the room was lacking: dirty walls, a broken shower hose, and a persistent unpleasant smell from the toilet that made it hard to stay in the room unless the bathroom door was shut. The price is not justify for such a service.

The bed linen and the towels were clean. The restaurant was very convenient for drinks or dinner and the parking is a big plus.

Not enough lighting in room. Shower not great. Breakfast was not hot and eggs overcooked. Some areas in the hotel could do with repainting.

Check was good facilitating an earlier check in for us. Room comfortable. Good outdoor seating area. Location good for us.
