Fabulous breakfast. Hot,fresh and well displayed..Access was easy and location lovely. On a bus route which was an added bonus

Long queues difficult for people with mobility problems waiting for meals especially single guests. No wi fi in chalets.

Very good food and excellent entertainment. Friendly helpful staff. Excellent accessibility. Tidy gardens well kept. Relaxed atmosphere. Central to other seaside resorts for days out. Regular bus service available.

Attitude of one particular receptionist could do with improvement.

Bed was far from comfy but clean room 266 What was brilliant was the refurbished pool. 266 does not have a shower altho bath was great but hubby prefers a shower. Site was full so just showered in pool complex. Food very good but my goodness the poor staff have to deal with some very rude customers tbh

Just the bed lol but nothing beats your own does it 😂

Bed was terrible could feel the springs through the mattress, the was only a bath no shower. Not good for a 65 and 66 yrs We left a day early coz people in the next room were coming back both nights at 1am screaming and shouting at each other , there was way too many people in the venue in the evening

The staff were excellent and very friendly. The food was great and regularly replenished.

There was no sweetener in the coffee/tea pack in the room, which as a diabetic I think there should've been (I found out there was sachets in the restaurant but upon arrival I didn't know this) No chair in the room, which made it awkward for my wife to get ready. Other regular guests putting glasses of water/vases of lights/table cloths and other items on a table to reserve it and then going off to the restaurant to eat and not coming back for ages. This was very annoying as it made it very difficult to find a vacant table. My wife and I left after a short while as there were no 'vacant' tables. I think the staff should actively remove any items from a table if this is happening because you are losing money from behind the bar as people leave the area.

Been before . . . Food was great again . . . Springs in mattresses are a bit old fashioned but ok . . .shower units are very small, be very difficult for a really big person to turn round in (and could do with soap trays) . . .Water turned up is VERY hot and could scald someone if they got into the shower before turning it on . . . TV’s are small but work . . .At least all of the receptionists were helpful and pleasant this time, prob because the main receptionist (Ann) was away for the week) . . .

Nightly entertainment was far too loud this time . . .nice to be able to talk to the people you are with, without having to shout . . . With Sand Bay now being for adults only, the majority have retired and getting on a bit . . they don’t want rock n’ roll songs being belted out …..they like to dance and I mean dance, not risk having a heart attack, trying to jive . . .

We thought the breakfast was excellent. All the staff working there are very pleasant and friendly. Great bus service outside the property to take you into western.

Nothing really. What you are paying to stay there is a real bargain.
