Nothing to dislike about this stay, would definitely recommend Ponderosa to anyone wanting a few nights away.

Lovely hosts who went above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable. Breakfast was lovely, room was clean and comfortable with lots of little extras that made you feel more like you were at home than in a hotel room.

We came for a night's stay for our anniversary we was warmly greeted by Julie and Billy and they made us feel very welcome the room was very clean and had every thing we needed they even added a banner and balloon for us Breakfast was fantastic plenty to eat We hope to return and would definitely recommend you come as a guest and leave a friend. Parking and breakfast all included which is always a added bonus Thanks again

Superb. A very warm and friendly welcome with a brew and biscuit on arrival. Julie and Billy were fantastic hosts. A very well appointed room, comfortable bed, excellent bathroom and loads of brew making facilities. The best B&B breakfast we’ve had in Blackpool. The free parking was an extra bonus.

REAL free parking 1 allocated space per room booked ,Location , ground floor bedroom , lots of little extras, fridge in room with proper milk , spotlessly clean , decent breakfast made with quality ingredients, friendly welcoming hosts . Would definitely recommend and no hesitation in making a revisit.

What a fantastic place to stay!!! Julie and Billy were so welcoming and our room was lovely. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Perfectly located in the centre. The free parking is a massive bonus. I have never stayed anywhere in Blackpool where I have said I would return to but this place was wonderful!!!! This property is without doubt the best bed and breakfast we have ever stayed in. It felt more like a London hotel. All bed and breakfast owners should aspire to meet the standards set by Julie and Billy. The room was perfect and the breakfast was superb. The decor was beautiful and the attention to detail was second to none. Fresh milk in the fridge was a nice touch and we were made to feel welcome. Real friendly owners and it was a lovely touch that Billy and Julie came in with their drinks after our breakfast for a chat. It made for a lovely environment and if we weren’t facing a long drive home we could have quite easily chatted for ages with the other guests and Julie and Billy.

The breakfast was first rate, lovely locally sauced bacon and sausage and eggs. Julie and Billy couldn't do enough for us!. The room was lovely and clean, with everything you could possibly need. Proper home from home.!.

Billy and Julie were the most welcoming hosts we've ever visited. The room was spotless. Less than 10 minutes walk and you're in the town centre with the Tower and other attractions close by. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Without a doubt the best bed and breakfast I’ve ever experienced- and I’ve stayed in many over the last 30 years. I had a pleasant call from Julie the night before advising our room would be ready early and she also advised that we could drive straight to any one of the 4 designated parking spaces - amazing for Blackpool! Right next to the building and very safe. We were met at the door by Billy and led to the lovely lounge and we immediately felt at home with such a friendly welcome. We were offered tea and coffee and chocolate biscuits and both owners were genuinely interested in our journey, how we were etc. it wasn’t forced, it wasn’t fake - just 2 beautifully warm and caring individuals. We were shown to room 4 upstairs and at the front - it was fabulous. Everything was spotlessly clean and finished to a high standard. What I loved was all the little thoughtful touches - makeup wipes, buds, cotton wool in the bathroom. A welcome guide. A little fridge with water and fresh milk. Lots of good quality tea and coffee, chocolate and plain biscuits and sweets. Even a used tea bag rest! The shower was hot and good pressure, huge fluffy bath sheets and I loved the vanity area for getting ready. We joined Billy and Julie for a drink in the bar before heading out (2 drinks for £5 was great). Billy very kindly gave us a lift across town! Next morning we had a fantastic full Scottish breakfast cooked to perfection. We met another couple who shared that it was their third time and wouldn’t stay anywhere else now - we feel exactly the same.

what a smashing 3 day break we had, the owners Julie and Billie were extemely friendly and it was impossible for them to be any more helpful than they were,nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfasts were fantastic and as much tea and toast as you want.The hotel and bedrooms were spotless very clean and well decorated,already booked again before leaving. Wow, what a beautiful place, and the hosts Julie and Billy were amazing, from the minute we arrived to the minute we left they couldn't do enough for us, got to be the most friendly and welcoming place we have stayed at. Breakfast was awesome, parking on site too, we enjoyed their company whilst having a nightcap in the bar. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Julie and Billy were excellent hosts and the accommodation was clean and comfortable. The choice at breakfast was excellent and a lovely cooked meal to set you up for the day. It was good to have onsite parking as there were no worries about looking for a local car park. I would certainly recommend staying here and would definitely return.
