Comfortable, roomy cottage in a great location

There wasn’t a washing machine that could be found even though the cottage book said it had one. It didn’t affect our stay. It’s a bit tired around the edges generally but does the job as a base for exploring.

Definitely the comfy beds and the hot tub!

the cottage was lovely, very cozy and warm and a place that was able to bring me comfort when that was exactly what I needed during my stay. But I would like to add not just about the cottage but the owner herself Emma, she is kind and courteous and compassionate to myself when it was needed. I will forever hold a place in my heart to this cottage and the lovely owner Emma. Thank you for letting us stay in this cottage and thank you for all you have done for me after. When I am ready I will be back. Thank you truly and deeply.

Just a really good place to stay if you are looking for peace and quiet. If you are looking for a corporate style hotel this isn't for you. Up a hill so if you want to be in a town go somewhere else but it's still convenient and easy to reach town. If I have any criticism and I haven't it could do with a bit more information about the cottage facilities but I guess these days people look everything up. Nice private garden and lovely scenery. Emma was very friendly and easy to contact. Easy reach of Brecon railway and wonderful forests and scenery.

With having bunk beds as well as a double bed in the bedroom makes it a bit awkward getting in and out of the double bed if your at the wall side

I thought the price included the use of the hot tub as that's what it did on booking.com but sadly we were not able to use the hot tub however it didn't.bother us much as the cottage was so lovely with a huge selection of films for the kids aswell as me very cosy homely feel to the cottage and we loved our stay and would definitely book again

The owner was very helpful and even brought me some tea bags and milk

Narrow steep road.

Peace and quiet. Farm views. Close to walks. Short drive to supermarket. Good point to start tourist drives.

Hot tub not working bit this was no fault of owner. We were warned in advance and decided still to stay as it is so lovely.

Second time staying here while we visit family. Have 2 children - one very active- so the outside environment where he can see the animals and move around is great for him.

My boyfriend struggled to sleep on the double matress and felt it could do with replacing.

Really lovely location, great view with the little farm and the private back gardens. Cottage was a nice size and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
