I probably could have done more preparation, but the signage to find the car parking (which we had booked in advance) wasn’t obvious. We had to drive past the hotel and around the city - to find somewhere to stop and call the hotel for guidance. Parking was handy though, underneath the hotel.

Very comfy room and nicely appointed. Fixtures, fittings and toiletries were all very good. Car parking was handy and the location was very close to the city centre.

Finding parking, it's a left before the hotel. Parking is a bit tight but was great to have it.

Very nice room spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated. Lovely staff in the bar, online check in and out, parking at hotel. Chef can prepare items to order in addition to buffet. Good gluten free/ dietary options and staff explained first, did not have to be asked.

We were in room 202 and the bathroom smelled like an outhouse. It appeared the smell was coming from one of the drains.

The room was nice, the restaurant was nice and the staff were very helpful.

View was a bit rubbish but can't be helped.

Massive room, brilliant location. Spitting distance from the shops and pubs. Room was very clean, and the shower was incredible. Nice touch having an Nespresso machine in the room, although we didn't end up using it as we were too hungover. Parking is an extra £20 but very accessible and handy, staff let us park until 2pm the next day for no additional charge. Breakfast was amazing for just £12, appreciated the amount of options.

The room didn’t have much ventilation and the air con was hard to control as well as having drips of stinky water fall from it. The toilet sometimes got blocked and the night life was so loud up until 4am Saturday.

Check in was easy, staff were so friendly and helpful, free early check in and a hour complimentary late check out, free apples and lemon water in the lobby, the coffee machine was easy to use . Comfy bed and hot shower

Squeeky bathroom door fairly minor point but it was quite loud.

Lovely staff, nice large room and bathroom. Lovely to have nespresso machine in the room as well as kettle and liked the espresso cups and ice bucket, nice touches. Also enjoyed the Espa toiletries and huge bath towels. Beds were very comfortable. We stayed on a mon and tues so there was no nightclub noise and we slept very well indeed. When we checked in we were asked if we wanted housekeeping the following day, we said no need so we were offered a choice of a drink at the bar or a £10 food voucher (which we used towards breakfast).

Nobody answers the phone from the evening to the morning, including the front desk. - No complementary water bottles except for the two you get when you check in. - Nobody helps with the luggage at check in or check out.
