Compared to the two previous stays, we found the lunch and dinner food to be below standard with some weird combinations that, in our opinion, did not work. We cancelled my birthday meal at the hotel after our experience with dinner the day before.

Park Hotel is a gentle, old-school hotel with exceptional service, comfortable beds, and a fantastic outside swimming pool. Staff are helpful and friendly. Thank you for the birthday upgrade😀

My stay at the Park House Hotel was truly wonderful. The hotel is set in dreamlike gardens, with charming buildings that create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The room was lovely, with a super comfortable bed and a beautiful bathroom, making it a perfect retreat. The swimming pool was excellent, adding to the relaxing experience. The staff were absolutely lovely—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The restaurant deserves special mention: the food was outstanding, truly star-quality, and a highlight of the stay. Overall, Park House Hotel is the perfect place to relax, enjoy life, and indulge in a little luxury.

Our room had a cottage feel which was very nice but obviously not as functional as a square international hotel room. That isn't to say we didn't like it because we did. We weren't particularly taken with the taps whose modern design was form over function. Also the mirror was a long distance from the sink and the one in the bedroom wasn't well lit. So putting on make-up or having a shave wasn't great. This could easily be put right and may be just an issue with our room as they are obviously very individual.

Beautiful location with a warm welcome. There is free EV charging which is very slow, so not any good for charging over a meal but extremely helpful for a couple of nights stay. The lounge, dining & bar areas are comfortable and welcoming. The outside pool is a suntrap with lovely views over a privacy hedge. The inside pool is very warm and everywhere is clean. Very nice breakfast with attentive staff.

Beautiful property and grounds. Surrounded by nature. Plenty to do in the day, including spa, pool and excellent sports facilities. Food was great. Staff were friendly and approachable. Best of all, we booked as part of our honeymoon and were given a complementary upgrade. Couldn’t recommend enough!

There is absolutely nothing not to like.

Everything you can not fault anything or anyone it was amazing. Booked for one night for me and my wife's anniversary. Checked in and got showed around by kate the receptionist. The room was slightly hot. Would appreciated if we could have opened the windows more. Breakfast didn't seem quite as good as the time we'd previously stayed, but the service was brilliant.

This was our 2nd time at Park House Hotel, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We luckily got given a complementary upgrade to a lovely room. The spa was brilliant, and perfect weather for the outdoor pool - very refreshing. Breakfast service was amazing, and the breakfast was good. Check in was slick and facilities overall excellent.

Our only complaint was that the sauna and steam room were in the men’s and women’s changing rooms so we couldn’t go in them together.

Beautiful property and fantastic staff. When we complained about the noise in our room, we were immediately upgraded to a lovely cottage. Throughout our stay, the staff were friendly and attentive. The grounds and facilities were excellent.

A fabulous hotel and spa. We were very well looked after by all the staff and they promptly provided for all our needs . The spa facilities were excellent and I received a wonderful manicure with gel polish at a reduced rate as they weren’t busy because it was Easter Sunday. We ate the all day menu in the restaurant and the service was impeccable and food was well presented and absolutely delicious. We wondered around the grounds the morning after our stay and saw several deer, pheasants and Egyptian ducks . Although we only stayed one night it felt like longer because it was so relaxing.

Such a charming hotel with beautiful grounds. We loved the open fireplaces and little nooks to sit in around the bar and outside in the sunshine. The rooms were cosy and beds so comfy with lovely toiletries in the bathroom. The staff were so friendly and the food was great, especially the breakfast! Had a relaxing and great pregnancy massage at the spa too
