We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomPaid in cash as soon as I went through the door - owner demanding I cancel because he had upgraded me to a double. I didn’t ask for this, I was happy with the single I booked, I didn’t want a room with a double bed in it. I had been up for two days and owner then knocking on door and phoning/messaging through the night telling me I have to cancel or pay £10 - £20 for the room upgrade. Nobody should have to deal with that.
It was cheap, everything in room was clean.

New ZealandThe hosts seemed more interested in the payment rather than greeting me or helping me with my experience in Warwick. The pamlphlets for what’s on offer around town were mostly out of date or didn’t seem relevant. The wifi (although was included), was slow and hard to connect to. The furniture was comfy but had seen better days.
The place was walking distance to both town and train station. The shower was hot and awesome.

United KingdomPark House is like many places we have stayed, both chains and independents, it could do with a refurb or a spruce up.
Park House is very well placed in Warwick for all amenities. Park House had everything you could need in a good sized room, separate shower from the toilet (great idea), the bed was comfortable although a bit small for sweetness and light and myself (we are not petite). We did book another room for our boys (20 and 16) and they had a huge family room, which they managed to make their own. We stayed for two nights and would most certainly stay again,

United KingdomThe place was cheap and we expected it to be quirky, which we love. However, it is a shame some residents don't have respect, this is by no means the hosts issue, but it disturbed our sleep for 4 hours, which was a shame.
Location great, with a short walk to Warwick Castle. Staff very friendly and provided advice on local area, which we loved. Don't expect perfect, it is not, very outdated and shower was in the cupboard, but we didn't mind, we liked the price and would stay again.
