Good, modern room. Well stocked with water, bathroom consumables and towels. Staff was very helpful. People should be aware though that this hotel is rooms only, there is no bar/restaurant or other facilities, and the reception is only manned part time. For my purpose it was just what I needed. Location is ideal, 5 minutes stroll from Paddington, Hyde Park and the underground, lots of shops and cafes/restaurants in the area.

We were on the third floor and with no lift in the property, that's a lot of stairs! The bathroom was compact although the shower was comfortably spacious.

The location is great. Just five minutes' walk from Lancaster Gate tube and Hyde Park/Kensington Gardens. Supremely comfortable bed meant good nights' sleep throughout our stay #. Located in a quiet location.

Couldn't get the TV to work first night, only resolved the following afternoon. The TV had been switched off, behind the screen.

No double glazing on windows meant the room was noisy with outside traffic. Reception and breakfast are in the hotel across the street.

The room was of an appropriate size, especially for London, and everything quite comfortable. The location is excellent for Hyde Park and getting into the city.

This isn’t something I didn’t like, but there’s one thing to prepare yourself for: there’s no lift. I’m always on the top floor when I stay here, which means climbing 5 flights of stairs. If you are fit enough for this, it’s totally worth it. Pack light!

We also stayed in one of the small rooms - and it was very tight. Still comfortable. No lift and top floor 60 stairs up! Help with cases is available, b ut if sgtairs are a issue for yo, this may not be the place.

The location (3 minutes to Hyde Park, 4 minutes to Paddington Station), the comfort of the slightly more expensive room, helpful staff.

We’ve stayed before. The only challenge is not having a lift. If you’re on the 4th floors you have to go up 8 flights of stairs

Nothing to dislike. Just to note that the shower and sink were really small so no room for toiletries. No breakfast option.

Difficult to check in late at night, the bell is pointless, you need to call the number and then wait for someone to come from another hotel to open the room for you. No lift, so had to carry all our luggage up the stairs, no help offered.

Was surprised that hotel had no lift. I might have missed it when I made the booking. We were assigned a room on the top floor but the receptionist, very kindly, gave us a room on the lower floor. Taking the suitcases up 2 flight of stairs was not easy.

Location is fantastic for Paddington Station and Lancaster Gate tube station, making it a great place to stay and see London. Hyde park few mins away. The room was clean and had comfy beds, Molton Brown toiletries, and a/c. Staff very friendly and helpful, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel is perfect, with a less than 5 min walk to Paddington Train Station. The area is very pleasant and beside Hyde Park. Plenty of nice food areas within walking distance. The room was clean and had all that was needed for our stay.
