Thought there too many rules but maybe they are there for a reason.

Lots of fine touches and love in this B&B. Comfortable plush bed and large ensuite. Short walk to pub with excellent food. Generous breakfast. Nice to meet host who was very friendly and engaging.

This was a lovely place to stay. Communication was excellent, the accommodation is first class, lovely room, comfortable bed, excellent en suite facilities. Classy furnishings and personal touches throughout the property. Breakfast was superb, excellent choice to suit all tastes with home made jams and a fantastic Scottish fry up ( the only time I allow myself). Genny was a charming hostess and could not do enough to make our stay special. Highly recommended!

The accommodation was the best one I have ever been in, including all the five-stars hotels - the room was decorated with very good taste. The home-made breakfast was superb and Genny was very helpful with the travel tips!

Breakfast were excellent the bed was big plenty of room to stretch out.the beach is as far as I'm concerned the best on the Aberdeenshire coast. The rooms were clean.altogerther somewhere I would stay again.

Outlander Boutique was spotlessly clean and it was clear from the beginning that Genny goes above and beyond for her guests. Lovely, practical additions the room such as Egyptian cotton towels and bathrobes as well as a fabulous bathroom and wardrobe room made for a relaxing, comfortable stay. Wide range of tasty breakfast options, including fabulous homemade bread and jam. We will be back!

absolutely amazing ! honestly didn't expect this kind of quality when initially booked but I cannot recommend it enough ! gorgeous room, super clean, great breakfast service and home made jam ! Only negative was road. Not overly busy but did not seem to have a speed limit!!

Location is fantastic, next to a lovely pub, and beach. Short walk to the golf club. But this definitely deserves the boutique in the name. Absolutely stunning little place, even had a dressing room in our 3 person room. Lots of special touches. The place is immaculate. Every thing was there that you needed. And the breakfast, was the best breakfast the 3 of us had ever had, beautiful fresh fruit, full Scottish breakfast, homemade bread and jam, I seriously didn’t want to leave. Would definitely return.

Not many restaurants in the area.

Absolutely superb in every way. The decoration and comfort was high end. The room was enormous. Our breakfast was top class, nice and hot and beautifully prepared.

Unfortunately, my son had a rough start to the morning and wasn't able to get through much of the lovely breakfast Ginny had made ahead, knowing he was a vegetarian before our arrival. His lack of appetite may have had something to do with his drinking whisky the night before with some of the locals at the hotel a few doors down.

This was a wonderful B&B! Very tastefully decorated and so many thoughtful extras. Comfortable beds and a superb breakfast. If you are anywhere near this lovely part of Aberdeenshire I can't imagine a better place to stay for such a reasonable rate. We were there in May and I still have such fond memories of this stay. Ginny was an exceptional hostess.

There are no words to describe how beautiful the BnB was. Starting from the rooms which was so beautifully designed, the quadruple room was very spacious. Special mention to the breakfast table which was very delicious but the way it was arranged is something the guests will remember. Loved it.
