Would have liked to have been able to purchase a daily pass as we were only there for 2 days. Don't like dogs in restaurant as children were a bit anxious.

Location was ideal for us. Good food. Great amusement arcade for the children.

Spacious living area, two bathrooms, well equipped kitchen. Plenty of cupboards in bedrooms. Perfect location for the beach and the rest of the park.

On the first night ordered fish and chips from cooks wasn't very impressed with this as spent £30 was suppose to get 7 scampi but got 5 and the large chips was very small.

Location was brilliant Stone throw to the beach. Very spacious Mobile home great on site facilities. Everything you need including restaurant serving nice food. A little shop that sells everything you need also a free cash point next to the arcades plenty games to play. Bus stop outside of site that takes you to great Yarmouth

The entertainment passes link to book the activites was only given to us a day or two before, it was going to be given the day of the stay but i contacted the property management to ask why we hadnt been given the link. She said its just how that owner does things. Giving the passes link so late means there are limited slots left to book stuff for the kids. Normally you get the link with ie haven way before so you can book activities in advance. One light out in the kitchen Oven doesnt work, but grill and hob does. Glass top of oven becareful have to raise gently and wiggle it away from hitting the cupboard. Few plates and glasses needed rewashing

Some parts a bit tired looking. No privacy inside van until curtains closed. No balcony ITV not accessible on TV so had to use laptop instead.

Couldn’t get the cooker working, perhaps a little note on how to use it would be good.

The best caravan Iv ever seen. Very comfortable and very clean. I spoke to the manager of the caravan and she was extremely helpful and very nice. 2 mins from a fantastic,sandy beach, absolutely gorgeous! The staff I met at the park were also very nice.

The bedrooms were very tight and the single bedding we brought were too big as the bed were smaller than a single.

There was no toilet paper, kitchen roll, only 1 bin bag in toilet, no dishwasher liquid. All plates were greasy, and unclean. Even though on the booking information it specified that all the above would be included. No wifi

Can’t think of anything. Exactly what you would expect for a static caravan holiday.

Good space layout it was clean, liked it had a hoover we could use. Had everything we needed for cooking was well equipped with oven trays plates etc. Had a homely feel with DVds and games on hand. Had a good size shower which you don’t always get with a static caravan. Loved being a 20 second walk to the beach.

Management of the property where extremely rude and unhelpful. After messaging several times to ask about bedding we ended up having to take our own. We where under the impression you could hire bedding at the property if you contacted beforehand but this wasn’t the case. The caravan also had a very bad smell that we think was coming from the carpet in the living room. Kids couldn’t walk barefoot inside because the floor was so dirty and there feet become dirty. I actually had to hoover and mop the floors myself. We also opened all the windows on arrival sprayed air freshner and had to light a smelly candle.

Property is on a haven site so there’s always something to do on site. Plenty of DVD’s for the kids to watch.
