I did not think the food was that good in the sports bar and even if the kings restaurant had space the prices were not affordable. I would of liked in the room for there to be a fridge and perhaps some face cloths would of been nice

The sofa bed was uncomfortable to sleep on as the springs could be felt through the mattress. The room was very warm even with the windows opened. The fan didn't really help.

The hospitality was very good. The Staff were friendly and helpful. A peaceful and quiet location, which was great for a spa getaway with friends.

Toiletries like hair conditioner and skin lotion would have been appreciated, plus slippers.

The waitress in the restaurant was quite rude to my son at breakfast because he hadn't pre paid for breakfast he said it seemed that it was all too much trouble for him to pay then. Most of us didn't like the dried rosemary in the mushrooms at breakfast. I will only say why? English breakfast advertised in all my yrs as a Chef never seen this until now. Rotary toaster didn't toast first time second time burnt, but this seems to be a theme with most hotels these days, it doesn't save time time at all.

it was too hot on the 3rd floor rm 306. the portable fan in the room was average but too noisy to sleep. stain on bed throw - at about 6am a refuse truck parked outside the hotel with a repetitive noise, assume for h&s, was pretty ridiculous and woke me up.

Special swimming times for children < 15 years, and not all day. But this is imaginable because this is a spa resort.

We paid an additional fee for an apartment. This apartment was superb! Great bed and a fantastic shower!

The Accessible bathroom was not suitable for our needs but there are varying degrees of people's perception of accessibility. I wish hotels would ask disabled people what they required in an accessible room. It's not only here though most hotels dont have a clue about special needs. The apartment was very spacious and our wheelchair could go around easily. Just some things like space under the bed to wheel the hoist under to get my son in the bed.

The evening meal was shocking! As a large group we were asked to order from a reduced menu, then when we arrived what I had ordered wasn't available, with no additional options added. The food when it arrived was very poor, and it certainly wasn't cheap either! We had real issues on check-in with payment and the member of staff was very unhelpful. We were later informed that she was new. To be fair, a more senior member of staff resolved the situation at the end of our stay, he was very good. The main areas, such as the dining room looked pretty tired and the cobwebs indicated it hadn't been properly cleaned for a while.

Was staying for an off-site wedding. The room was comfortable and breakfast was great. We really enjoyed the bar areas. Breakfast was good quality and substantial. We loved using the free leisure facilities such as the gym, pool & sauna. The golf and spa were excellent too, if a touch pricey.

There was a lot of noise outside our room with trolleys being wheeled along outside and the sound of bottles in the early hours. It was a hot night so we had the window open, however there was a fan in the room so we should have tried closing the window and putting the fan on.

The property is in a lovely setting. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast room was lovely and the food very good quality.
