Partner wanted a Coffee but noticed the milk sachets in the room were months out of date and none were in date, Only one toilet roll for 2 people for a 2 night stay, Bathroom door was dodgy and so easy to unlock from outside

Needs a good clean, bathroom Door, tiles all look like they’ve not had a wipe in some time. Cobwebs and extractor fan is awful.

It was close to old trafford clean room comfortable bed lady i spoke to on phone was veryhelpfull and polite i enjoyed my stay i was dissapointed when Trafford pub was closed it was perfect for what i wanted but if i wanted to stay up late i would have booked hotel with bar service for residents over all i had a great nights sleep and hotel suited for what i wanted thank you

There was no proper car park for visitors. Water pressure and temperature were bad. We were freezing during showering.

The room was spacious, with very comfortable beds. Plus the Man United decoration makes it more lively for a Man United fan. TV was good as it was equipped with Netflix.

Now, I'm not one to criticise another's experience, but I can certainly share my own. And, truth be told, it was rather pleasant. The room was a good, homely size, spotlessly clean, and those bay windows let in a lovely amount of light. Tea, coffee, and hot chocolate were all generously provided, and the kettle was immaculate – no limescale whatsoever. A gentle reminder for guests to be mindful of noise levels would be appreciated, as sound did travel a little. The room's window, while lovely, did have a slight, shall we say, 'acoustic contribution' from the wind. The inclusion of Netflix was a real plus, something you don't often find. And the location? Absolutely brilliant! Right next door to a retail park with Home Bargains, M&S, Nandos, and a gym. Very convenient indeed. All in all, I had a genuinely positive stay. I'd happily consider booking again. .

The shower was difficult to get in and out of, small opening and quite a high step. The shower hot and cold pipes were plumbed incorrectly so to get hot water you needed to turn the dial towards cold!

Eh, not a big deal but it definitely wasn't a three adult room Maybe a bed for a kid But it's fine We had a great time A cookie for each person is pretty silly tho imo Not enough coffee or milk

Location is super and the staff were extremely nice. They kept in great communication before our arrival and gave us an early check in knowing we had a very early start that morning. The apartment was very big , and beds were very comfortable.

It's cheap and cheerful but very tired and used. If you want somewhere just to sleep it's ideal. 2 minutes walk from Manchester United stadium, 2 minutes walk from old Trafford cricket ground. Plenty of shops surrounding the area (I left my car at Tesco 5 minutes walk away.) It's above the Trafford pub but that is only open when United play. Wetherspoons across the road for food or drink is convenient too.

It was quite cold as the thermostat would turn itself down because of settings. It does need some renovations, but it was fine for a base camp.

Lots of space for bigger groups.
