Would have been a good idea to have the kitchen area open to guests, as self catering accommodation use of kitchen would have been ideal.

Beautiful accommodation comfortable and welcoming, great shower. Lovely touches with milk water and juice in the fridge topped up daily. Plenty of parking spaces fab location will definitely stay again if in the area.

Suited both of us perfectly. Easy to book. Check in and check out was brilliant...no queuing at Reception Desk. Staff helpful and pleasant. Free WiFi. Breakfast porridge, water, orange, tea, coffee, milk and biscuits topped up every day. No complaints. You can have your room cleaned and towels replaced during your stay by informing the staff.

The place had everything you need when your travelling. The supplies were all stocked excessively so you wouldn't run out. Car parking was also big enough and not congested.

It was very modern and beautifully furnished. Excellent shower. The provision of breakfast items in the room both mornings were very welcome with plenty of tea and coffee. Enjoyed the view of the Firth of Lorn from our bedroom.

Lovely and modern. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. Plenty of parking and easy process to pay etc when we got there. Rooms were emaculate and the little snack tray was great.

Stand alone bath was difficult to use without water going everywhere (including down the back in difficult to reach areas). Grey colour scheme was very restful but made it dark and difficult to see in some areas.

Parking was quite confusing. Once I found out where to park it was fine. No shower gel in the bathroom :( everything else was really good so this wouldn’t deter us from staying again!

The room had a lovely window but it looked over to a path and yard and it was quite noisy if the doors where open. It would not idtter me from book that room again but it was a low.

The rooms was beautifully decorated, very calm and fresh. The shower was really nice, all amenities needed. The wee station with drinks, coffee and an option for porridge breaksfast was a great touch. I enojy my stay and will deefenetly come back.

The parking is tight, so if you're not a confident driver then perhaps it would be more suitable to park on the front. Saying that, there was space for at least 5 cars. I was driving a works van and managed to get in no problem. This isn't so much a complaint, but a warning to those coming.

The room was incredibly well thought of and very clean. The location of the hotel was perfectly tucked out of the way and quiet, but ideal for walking in to Oban. Everything in the room was modern and well looked after. Definitely somewhere I would stay again and advise to anyone staying in Oban. The owners live right next to the property by were very helpful once I arrived with showing me the keys. Perfect place. Would recommend.

Web check in looked involved but on calling number staff turned up immediately so it was fine overall.
