The view from our room (3) window wasn’t too good…. Could only see a metal staircase (fire escape).

Great hotel host Andrew was brilliant, friendly an made you feel welcome an very helpful to help you in every way possible. Excellent service clean lovely rooms. An the breakfast is brilliant. Overall will be coming back to this hotel. Well recommend. An well done to Andrew and his staff.

Nothing we didn’t like. Just some improvements perhaps like putting a shelf in the shower so we can put our own toiletries (they provide shampoo/shower gel but we prefer using our own). The bed sheets leave your clothes with some white bits, but not the end of the world as bed is comfy.

The location was great and convenient for us as a family. The room was what we need and is comfortable. The owner is so hospitable, nice and knowledgeable about the area.

I did request double bed - I may have made an error in booking but it did not affect our stay this time.

Th elocation was fantastic - close to all amenities and places of interest. The host was friendly and professional - attentive . Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was extremely comfortable, friendly, calming ambience. Really good value for money - we will visit again.

Just I will mention, sea view rooms description could be updated, so it is easier to understand what windows to expect, otherwise, all great!

If you have opened this hotel, read the reviews and consider booking it! Do not look any further! Such a lovely host Andrew, so friendly and gives the best suggestions! It was a shame we stayed only 1 night! We went with our 3yr toddler and felt well hosted! Location is great, on the promenade, around you have everything that you might need! Pier, shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs! If you are looking for suggestions - Andrew will definitely give you the best advice! We will come back!

Great location, on the sea front and within walking distance for local attractions. Room was well presented and clean and spacious and the bed was also very comfy. Gentlemen I dealt with was very accommodating and even offered me the option for parking my lambretta in his secure yard and helped me with all my luggage to my room. I will definitely return in the future
