Very nice clean place,the couple who run it are very friendly and nice people.The breakfast was cooked to order nice and hot food.Would recommend for a stay in North shore ,we will definitely go back

We had such a lovely stay! Melanie and Shaun were fantastic hosts – so welcoming and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and really cosy. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with plenty of choice and everything cooked to perfection. We couldn’t have asked for better hospitality and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

We had such a lovely stay at Edenfield 42. The whole place is spotless, probably the cleanest place we've ever stayed in Blackpool. We stayed on the top floor in a twin room and the decor was lovely. Bed's were comfortable and the bedding was good quality. We had coffee and tea plus hot chocolate im the room with a kettle and milk/sugar.. The breakfast was absolutely beautiful 😋 We opted for egg's benedicked both mornings but there was a wide variety of thing's to choose from. The tram and bus stops are literally down the bottom of the road. The host's were very friendly and accommodating and we will 100% be staying here again Thank you 😊

Everything, lovely hosts Well equipped room, e.g., tea, coffee, hot chocolate, hairdryer.Towels, and face cloths in the bathroom, bodywash. Fantastic choice for breakfast. It's very handy for the promenade and trams.

Everything..location..value for money Melanie and shaune was outstanding made us feel welcome. And could not do enough for us.would highly recommend this place to anybody. And will be back in the near future.

Melanie and Sean (Shaun?) are great hosts - they are friendly, kind and welcoming. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and peaceful. Great breakfast too. I would definitely stay here again and I definitely recommend to others.

5-Star Review: Exceptional Stay! I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout the entire stay. Check-in was smooth and quick.. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with a comfortable bed. I especially appreciated the attention to detail. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning with a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit, pastries, and made-to-order. The location was ideal—close to great restaurants, shops, and local attractions, yet peaceful and quiet at night. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay.
