Number 29 is well situated , within walkable distance to the seafront and town centre. Our room was very clean, spacious with a very comfy bed. Breakfast was great with a good selection available. Hosts were very welcoming.

Lovely bed and breakfast, Chris and Luke excellent hosts . Breakfast was amazing and the home made bread and cake was delicious. Rooms were exceptional clean and the whole stay was great ,will be returning.

There was nothing to dislike whatsoever about our stay

We stayed at Number 29 for three nights in August. The accommodation was immaculately clean, a short walk from the train and beach. Our room was spacious and perfect temperature, with such a comfortable bed. We were greeted with delicious slices of homemade lemon drizzle upon in our room upon arrival. There were plenty of plenty of breakfast options, which was also delicious and also included homemade bread and banana bread. This was made by the host, Chris, who is very friendly, welcoming and accommodating, ensuring we had the most perfect stay.

The host was absolutely 💯 brilliant so friendly & full of local information best places to eat etc The room itself was amazing so clean & tidy she couldn't do enough to help will definitely be going back again The breakfast choice was amazing & tasty 😋 wow homemade bread every morning

Excellent location and incredible hosts - Christine in particular is very helpful with travel tips and all that you need to make your stay perfect. The room was spacious and clean, within walking distance from the beach and close to the station. Plus point for breakfast, it was top notch! Will definitely come back and will surely recommend this place to all my friends who want to spend a few days in gorgeous Shanklin!

Fantastic experience all around from check in to check out from the lovely greeting from Christine to the little extras that just made the difference, bed was comfortable the room as a whole was well furnished and equipped loved the two pieces of cake bottle of water and small milk very thoughtful, nothing was too much trouble

Breakfast is served from 8.30 to 9.00 which is rather late for us (even on holiday) although Christine is more than willing to provide it earlier on request, for example on departure days. A nice outdoor seating area for guests would be a great addition.

Close to bus and train stations for easy access. Very helpful host and lovely breakfast. Very clean.

The whole property is immaculate and beautifully decorated. Our room was lovely and very comfortable. Chris had left two pieces of homemade lemon drizzle cake. She was friendly and very helpful with ideas of what to do in the local area.

We chose not to use the parking offered at the property. The space was very restricted; we were generally able to find kerb-side parking space nearby.

Location was very good. The breakfast choice was extensive and cooked to order. The fridge in the room offered a generous space, and flexibility to enable us to provide our own picnic lunches.

The hosts were very friendly and able to offer advice on the local area. The room was extremely clean, quiet and comfortable. Little extras like home made cake on arrival, and a small fridge with fresh milk for coffee and chilled water made it a very welcoming experience. Breakfast was made to order with a wide choice available. Everything I had was fresh and good quality, including fruit salad and home made bread.
