United StatesNo water for almost 12 hours. Hotel seems to cater to large coaches with large groups swamping facilities at same time. Most other staff was disinterested in providing basic services.

United KingdomTrams into the city were fantastic but getting to and from the tram stop, which was a reasonable distance from the hotel, needed forward planning. The hotel shuttle helped but maybe a couple more early morning (additional 9am, 10am shuttle) would be good for guests wanting to explore the city and greater advertisement of the taxi details for the return transfer with a pre-negotiated hotel fare for night time transfer would be a useful addition.
All the staff were very friendly, the facilities (including the grounds) excellent, the bedroom spacious and clean, and the food was well cooked and tasty. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

As a solo traveller touring Scotland for a long 2 weeks this hotel for my final night here and was by far thee most beautifully perfect end too an amazing trip everything from the staff too the food too the spa facilities I think I found my new favourite place in the world I highly recommend the steak and the hydro pool oh and the bedrooms… well they speak for them self Thankyou for having me x

Everything in this hotel is exceptional. We booked two days but we wonted to cancel the other hotel which we booked before just to stay at the Norton House, but unfortunately we couldn’t as the other hotel refused to cancel our booking.

United KingdomMy only, very small point, was our hotel room looked out onto the back of the hotel where the staff would have their breaks and workers were building BBQs in the morning. It was not a problem (and definitely not a complaint) but it meant that the net curtains were kept drawn and windows shut, mainly so we didn't scare them ! Just something to be aware of. Our daughters had a fab rooms with views of the garden, so curtains and windows were open.
The staff were lovely and very accommodating, had an amazing breakfast. The rooms were great, they clean and comfy, the bathroom was clean, shower was warm. We got back from a gig and it was lovely to be able to chill in the bar afterwards. Staff were just lovely, they made the stay special.

Our room was located in the original house. It was a fine size and the bath fixtures were very nice and the bed comfortable. The meals were also excellent.
