The room is a triple room but it didnt have enough glasses or complimentary water for the whole party. When we raised this issue they rectified it which was really lovely as it was after midnight when we highlighted the issue and we woke up to extra waters delivered to the door.

The location was excellent. The room was great. We were in a triple room with single beds, which was perfect for our small group of friends. The price was so reasonable as well. We will definitely be staying here again.

Shower leaked a little bit and i wish they had someway of keeping the window open in my room. Had to wedge a towel underneath to keep from closing and opening. Nothing major.

We loved the old house and the decor. Staff was very nice and helpful. There was a broken unit in the shower i had and i let them now. It was fixed right away. Super happy about choosing this place! Highly recommend

only complaint if I being super picky was the door to the hotel, It did tend to get slammed shut a lot, it woke me up a few times in the night.

The room was in the ground floor, was wonderfully spacious, was lovely and cosy, was cleaned amazingly and fully stocked. the breakfast was lovely well cooked and the staff were very happy to swap out food you didn't want to eat if you asked

Our host provided a complete induction to our apartment, including access and local tips. The space was beautifully presented and was very welcoming to tired travelers. Location was good, close to the pier.

We requested a room with Twin Beds. We got a full-size bed and a twin bed, but the mattress on the twin bed was very uncomfortable. It was all wabble. Old mattress not comfortable at all.

Well located. If you go by car, you might be lucky to find a place in the street. Close to restaurants. Staff very kind.

The only slight inconvenience was that the private toilet allocated to my room was not adjacent to the room. However, it was spotlessly clean.

The staff were welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice and friendly and polite service. Location was perfect as I was doing a swim event at the weekend and the hotel was only 10 minutes away from the starting point. Found parking in front of the hotel and the location was safe.

The breakfast offering was limited and not of the best quality. I wouldn’t have paid for it if it wasn’t included. And while the bed was wonderful, the rest of the decor was not as nice. However, we stayed there one night to be close to Gatwick airport and we were very comfortable.

Location was wonderful, a block from the beach front. About a 20 minute walk from the train station, but downhill to get there. The bed was extremely comfortable and nicely appointed. Oscar, at the front desk, was extremely helpful and accommodating, and works very hard. He was very welcoming.

Only thing was the parking. We paid for a council permit-the cheaper option-but had to park quite a way away from hotel not the hotels fault just a busy town.

Room was clean and comfortable although bathroom a little small. Staff were friendly and very attentive especially at breakfast which had plenty of choice always cooked perfectly. Great location with seafront 2 minutes away.
