Easy location. Quite suitable for one overnight stay. Kate the receptionist was excellent. Issue with the tv that she came to the room and resolved. (Aerial pulled out the socket)

Quiet area, I’m afraid we use the restaurant I couldn’t tell. Just wanted a nice clean bed for the night and that’s what it had.

A little bit dated decor and a bit worn in some places (doors mainly) but not an issue for me for the price. Only thing I was a bit disappointed with was that there was still a few hairs in the bath from previous occupant which had not been cleaned out so maybe closer attention to cleaning them could be good. Aside from that good value for money.

Good value no frills hotel. Got everything you need for a nights' stay. Bed was comfortable enough, and the nearby road is not too noisy as to disturb you. Room comes with decent storage space, TV, towels, extra pillow and basic soap if you have forgotten it. Good value for money, don't expect high quality furnishings or futuristic decor for the price but not a problem. I didn't make use of the restaurant or breakfast but the prices seemed reasonable for what was served - but cannot comment on quality. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful too, they are the best part of the hotel. They make you feel very welcome!

I tried to order the cooked breakfast once however it took over 30 minutes to arrive so had to cancel it. A refund was provided & they were very apologetic.

Staff in the hotel-side were friendly & supportive - only too please to help.

Fire door was difficult to navigate. Immediately by bedroom door. A couple of tries in I realised it was easier to clear the door, let it close and then manoeuvre to bedroom door. Beading was missing on some units in the bedroom which made it look tired, and the wall art was truly awful. But these are tiny things compared to being able to use the room independently.

The room was one of 2 on the ground floor which were accessible for my wheelchair. I could reach to hang up my clothes and be independent. I was impressed the hotel rang to check my needs beforehand. There would have been room for additional aids had I needed them. Lots of different hand grabs and rails in bathroom. I had plenty of width for 18in seat active wheelchair in doorways. Carpet was closely fitted and did not impede my rolling. Lots of disabled parking.

The continental breakfast was edible but basic. Cheap white bread, the bananas were on the green side.

We've stayed here a couple of times and it's always been a pleasure, however this time we noticed the cleanliness of the room wasn't as it has been in the past, no bag for the bin, toilet roll was thinner than thin. Noticed the pub was looking a little tired and also a little grubby, we were gutted to the see the park has gone.

The location was easy enough to find. The hotel seems a bit tired but had everything i needed. Nice big bath. The linen was clean and the bed comfy. The guy who checked us in was friendly as was the lady who checked us out in the morning. Apologies I didn't catch their names.

We ate in the evening. We had to wait almost an hour from ordering before the food came. One meal was good the other cold. The dinning room staffeere very apologetic and helpful. To be fair we didn't send it back immediately. We shared the hot meal and both enjoyed.

Very good. We were a little late as we slept in. No fuss made we were served with courtesy and fresh food.

Nothing really, I guess the carpet could have been cleaner but that’s all. It’s 3 * after all.

It was easy to find, easy to park, The room was spacious and I had a king- sized bed which was super comfy! I slept like a log! I liked the kettle- it was quality! One thing that was really important was a FAN and the room had one, I wouldn’t have slept without it. Thank you!!! I loved that a bath was available- with a long term back problem, I really needed a soak! The staff were really helpful and super-friendly. Well done The Wishing Well!

Wifi in hotel was good, but no signal in surounding area. Some upgrading of carpet in corridor required, parts worn out. Ex Premier Inn, from appearance

Location was great for my needs. Access out of hours good too, due to working late, with night staff on hand. Nice n clean. fan & heater in room
