One of the lift was down throughout our stay, so every single time we had to go down or come upstairs it was at least a 7 - 8 minutes wait which was frustrating. Some furniture can be added to the rooms, particularly a rack/stand for putting suitcases.

The location is great and the room is decent too, the kitchen is useful and we did some laundry too so that was all really good. The staff was really nice and welcoming.

One of lifts out of order for our entire stay so inconvenient. No double glazing and windows draughty.

Ease of Booking in at the desk. Stairs and lift to all floors. Location was near 2 underground stations. There was a Sainsbury’s a few doors away. Plus it does say there is a shop in their car park open 24/7

Slight issue for me. There were 2 of us but the sofa bed was made up - meaning that we were not really able to use the sofa. two of the windows did not fully close.

Smelly toilet. No tea, coffee, and milk. I know this isn't included but would be a nice touch.

Room was clean. Good use of space as there was a washing machine, fridge, kettle,.toaster. Good location nearby supermarkets and coffee shops.

Really nothing is not likeable, but the place is huge, so there is quite a walk from the elevator if you take the wrong one! Quickly adjusted and it was perfect!

We loved our stay at the Chelsea Cloistered apartments. The bachelor suite was set up so perfectly with everything we needed-bonus we hadn't realized was the kitchen (probably just wasn't paying attention when I booked it-lol). We would definitely stay there again. The staff even let kept our luggage when we arrived early to do some sightseeing.

Both apartments we stayed in were tired in parts and could’ve done with some plaster patching.

The location was fab. Short walk to South Kensington tube and a few minutes from Harrods. We had a lot of road noise on night one but we quickly got moved to a courtyard position. Clean and the staff were very helpful

The corridors were a bit dingy and off putting but the rooms were fine if on the small side. Only one lift was working which might have been a problem for some people.

Location was excellent. Room was clean and had good facilities for its size. A full sized bath and not just a shower too. Good value for money.

The washing machine/dryer wasn't working properly, and we got our clothes all damp and with black stains. We had to use the two ventilators available to dry the laundry. There weren't enough cutlery or dishes for three people. You are advised they only change towels every 6 days, so you need to use them rationally.

Wide apartment, big and comfy beds (including the sofa bed), stylish. Many amenities, including a portable iron board, a rack for hanging the laundry and an iron, though without distilled water to use.
