Upon your arrival at our hotel, our staff made every effort to accommodate your request for a room viewing and provided information about our standard double room. Despite our efforts, you expressed dissatisfaction with the room and left in search of alternative accommodations. Later, you returned after booking a standard twin room through Booking.com. Despite the delay in the reservation reflecting in our system, our staff diligently assisted you and ensured that your room was promptly allocated upon your return. We regret any inconvenience caused by the delay in the reservation process. Upon your return to the hotel, our staff accommodated your request for a double room despite your error in booking a twin room, and keys were provided accordingly. However, despite our efforts to address your concerns and accommodate your preferences, it is regrettable that inappropriate behavior was displayed towards our staff. We take the well-being and professionalism of our staff seriously, and any form of disrespect or verbal abuse is not tolerated.
