My room key failed on the Saturday and Sunday. But was immediately comped a drink while the staff. Jack and Scott fixed the issue.

Not a lot of choice on the menu for daytime or evening meals and the food was cold when we received it.

Staff were great, really helpful and friendly. Perfect location for SECC. Clean, comfortable and quiet room. Great toiletries and a great shower. Good breakfast.

Beautiful, vibrant and youthful hotel with a fun atmosphere that makes it stand out. The lobby is spacious and welcoming, offering plenty of entertainment options. The young and friendly staff were always available, offering great suggestions and helpful tips about Glasgow, making our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was spacious, quiet, clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Good international breakfast, plenty of options to start the day off right. The hotel is located near the Hydro Arena and the nearby parking agreement is a great perk for those traveling by car. Although the city center is about a 30-minute walk away, the hotel’s atmosphere and quality more than make up for it. You can also easily reach the city center, as there’s a train station "Exhibition Centre" just a few minutes away, offering convenient public transport options. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun, relaxing stay with excellent service and amenities.

Unable to check in at 3pm but I can understand due to high demand of wrestling fans in the area to see wrestling at the Hydro

I really liked the view of the room and bed was god damn amazing after being up for 23 hours to see AEW Dynamite/Collision nearby. So comfy!

Maybe a small fridge so guests can keep their own drinks/consume existing snacks/drinks. Not sure how common it is in the UK though. No streaming services available.

Bed is comfortable. Room is very silent, you can't hear anything at all from outside. Quiet location and well located. Train station is just a 5-7min walk away and you can get to the city centre in less than 10min from there. Staff is very kind.

The pink hairdryer provided looks lovely. However it has a curly cable which you need to stretch out fully to be able to use the mirror. This was awkward. A plug nearer to the mirror would have made hair drying much easier. The bar and seating areas are lacking in atmosphere probably because of the size of the space.

It is very modern and the colours are lovely throughout the hotel. The motion sensor lights under the bed are a great idea. The bathroom is small but adequate with a powerful shower. The bed was very comfortable although the pillows were slightly too firm for me. Even though there is a road nearby there was no outside noise. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff was really kind to us. We requested for a change of room and they were very caring to put us in another room. The location was great and very convenient, quiet & safe. Secure parking available at the hotel (at a fee) I personally loved the artwork in the hotel lounge & rooms

Got woken up by very loud power tools at 9am and continued for 3 hours. Not ideal when you're paying over £100 to stay for the night. Should maybe do work like that in the afternoon instead of morning to not disturb guests.
