Perfect space, comfy friendly and clean.

I was staying for 8 days and although I loved the quirky, cool aesthetics it was rather impractical having 4 hangers for my whole trip and no other storage.

Perfect location for helping my daughter and new granddaughter. The rooms were clean, comfy and quiet. Perfect for my needs.

Roof top bar - service was slow and thought cocktails were overpriced

Rooms were compact but decor was new and appealing. Bed comfortable and room quiet with very little noise

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and collapsed in the middle so my son slept in a V most of the night. The double bed was very comfy though.

Lovely hotel and great rooftop bar

I would have appreciated more variety at breakfast but this is a minor point.

Stayed here during one of the busiest months, August, when all Festivals are taking place in Edinburg. There's always a lively vibe walking in, as the reception is also the bar/hangout area. The breakfast is also served here in the mornings, and it was a fresh selection every day (selection was good - although not too extensive). The bed is comfy - rooms aren't enormously large but large enough and they are well sound proofed making for comfortable restful sleep. Good location as well.

No Parking . Breakfast quality is poor and options are limited.

The location near the city center and few supermarkets Hanks across the street is a good sandwich shop and there's also a bakery and coffee shop next door.

Our kettle had been burnt on the inside from a previous guest (I am guessing) so when we came to boil water for tea in the morning it stunk out our room and meant we couldn’t make any hot drinks. The staff said they would take it on board but offered nothing to compensate.

    Very comfortable rooms and facilities.

The breakfast was a bit of a letdown—buffet style, but the food felt stale and just wasn’t up to much. In a city like Edinburgh, with so many great places to eat, I’d recommend skipping it and heading out for breakfast instead, especially for the price.

Stayed at the Moxy for Oasis and loved every second! The hotel’s funky vibe hit you the moment you walked in, and the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming or helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and that welcome cocktail? Absolute perfection—such a fun way to kick things off!

The room used to store the luggage is not secure and you do not get a tag for your bags, which made me a but uncomfortable. The hotel is located pretty far from the old town, approx 20-30 min walk.

We liked Moxy hotel, the room was comfortable, nice modern Scandinavian design, you get all that you need. The lobby area is nice with the bar and different games you can play when you get back from the long walks in the city.

Breakfast time was pretty chaotic around the 8:30 to 9:30 peak time. There always seemed to be something that had run out, either coffee, or cups, or teaspoons, or plates, or bread rolls etc …

Generally there was a good variety of food available

The member of staff on the bar was from an agency so wasn't allowed to use the till, so whenever you went for a drink you had to wait for another member of staff to come before you could pay, also he didn't know how to make a mocktail on the menu so had to get another member of staff

The room was very clean and comfortable
