We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThe hotel provides a lovely breakfast but no other meals were available. It was some distance to find somewhere to eat on the two evenings that we were there.
Location directly opposite the beach in a quieter area than the main town. The room was quite small but adequate for our needs. Very clean and comfortable room as was the whole hotel. Lovely breakfast. The hosts and staff were all very friendly and helpful attending to all our needs.

Only booked for one night but would happily return for a longer break. The hosts were super friendly & helpful as were all the staff we encountered. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh produce and hot food cooked to order. Hotel was spotlessly clean & room was very comfortable. Very quiet at night. Parking disc was provided for duration of stay on road outside which was great. For the benefit of anyone booking, there is no lift and no air conditioning in the room. It was unusually hot when we stayed, so the room was warm although you can open the window, unlike some hotel rooms. Great location overlooking the sea. A very welcoming hotel.
