The cabins are fantastic with everything we could possibly have needed. Location was idyllic and the views breathtaking. We stayed here to celebrate my 50th birthday with our extended family and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay. John & Laura were so welcoming and wonderfully helpful, gave us recommendations for places to visit and made our weekend perfect. Highly recommend hiring the bbq hut, it’s positively hobbit like and great gathering point 🥰. We can also highly recommend IC Cake Designs who made two spectacular birthday cakes for us. We will definitely be back. Thank you 😊

We stayed in a wigwam in the Scottish mountains near Moffat, surrounded by stunning nature. The location was perfect – just 10 minutes from a breathtaking waterfall and a beautiful lake. The owners were wonderful and very welcoming. The wigwam itself was fantastic – clean, cozy, and well-equipped, with a lovely terrace offering amazing views of the mountains. There was also a fire pit right next to it, which made the evenings even more special. Everything was perfectly prepared and thought out. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

The wifi was patchy at best but this isn't a primary requirement when staying somewhere as beautiful as this. Wifi is required to run the fire stick on the TV though.

Amazing location, some of the best views I have ever had the pleasure to stay in and a perfect piece of peaceful heaven after a long day's work. The shower was great, so important after work and everything you needed in one little pod. John, the host was very welcoming and informative.

Cozy & clean great location. Really helpful and friendly people that own the site good communication leading up to the stay. Great view from the cabin. Nice and peaceful place to sit whilst knocking back beers. We came here as a stop off heading north would come for a longer stay.

Perfect mini break exceptional hosts always on hand very clean so many essentials provided including bedding, location great 8 min drive to local town with bars restaurants cafes shops, garage car charging points, Kitchen fully equipped towels also provided, fire wood packs can be bought fully loaded so you don’t need to worry,

It was in a beautiful rural location with fantastic views, and great walks around the property (it was on a farm) and beyond into the forestry area. The facilities were good both within and outside the pod - we had a BBQ on the night we stayed. I would suggest people book for several nights in order to make the most of the location. Moffat was only 4 miles away with all its amenities, shops and restaurants.

It was absolutely stunning. The scenery is breathtaking. The glamping pod was perfect with everything you need for a comfy stay. Amazing host with incredible knowledge of the surrounding area and a wonderful back story of how he made such a wonderful place to stay. I would recommend this stay to everyone it really is one of the most unique and spectacular places i have ever stayed!

Our first visit to this place and definitely not our last. John and Laura were wonderful hosts, friendly and welcoming. The accommodation was very good, clean and provided everything we needed to make our stay. The location is superb, peaceful and with absolutely lovely views of the stunning countryside on offer in this gem of a location. a massive thank you for having us and looking forward to the next time we visit. That we had to leave after 2 nights.

The location was exactly what we were looking for, out in the countryside with dark and starry skies. This hidden little gem is surrounded by scenic mountain views, sheep and cute little donkeys! John gave me an impromptu Scottish history lesson that connects with the deep south. ( we are from Louisiana ) He also suggested a visit to local sites that were fabulous. 10 out of 10 stars!

Absolutely outstanding stay for my boys and I. Property was gleaming and amazing facilities and location. Fire pit was a hit with opportunity to buy reasonable priced wood and matches. Hosts were very friendly. Will definitely be back. Very close to local town and grey mares tale. Lovely views and surrounded by animals and wildlife.
