Beautifully presented room and whole property, a very homely and cottage feel. Spotlessly clean room with very comfy bed and furnishings. Bathroom modern and posh. Little things like nice touches on towels rolled and in a basket to a Brolley provided, homemade biscuits and cakes in room with a flask of fresh real milk, proper mugs for tea and coffee, information on local restaurants with contact numbers. Hosts were fantastic, helpful, friendly, just lovely folks who cooked a full breakfast fresh, quality produce best we've had and provided a wholesome packed lunch, with fabulous sandwich for a very reasonable price. Very personal, just great all round. Thank you.

Everything was perfect.

The hosts Dawn and Mark were lovely people, friendly and accommodating. The accommodation was comfortable and spotlessely clean with everything you would need for a comfortable stay, hairdryer, coffee/tea, and homemade cookies and cake! Breakfast was perfect, and the hosts went out of their way to provide an alternative. The B&B was conveniently located in the centre of Moffat. We would definitely stay here again.

What a BEAUTIFUL B & B. We loved everything about it : owners were sweet to us and our doggies ( they even had their own bed) We loved the room. The homemade breakfast was the best we had during our stay. Dawn made us a yummy lunch for our way home...

The room was just a little bit small for us- we've been on the road for nearly a month and it's nice to be able to spread out when we arrive at our accommodation. The room size was the only slight negative for us. Everything else was on point.

This is a very well run B&B and the owners are extremely well organized. They deserve credit for ensuring everything works well and guests are well looked after. It was a bonus being able to park our car almost at the front door and the breakfast was generous, a good choice, and right on time. Overall value for money was pretty good

Great location for a South/North stop over, short journey from M6. Property clean & comfortable, friendly hosts and excellent breakfast. Moffat has plenty of good pubs/bars for an enjoyable evening.

The bathroom was a trifle small for large people especially for one who was disabled. No grab rails. It would have been nice to have a hook on the back of the door We couldn't open the double glazing to get air for the night - tho the electric fan was a useful touch and helped cool us down

Good choice of cereal, toast, cooked items, homemade marmalade, coffee etc The beds were most comfortable and we slept like logs. Located in centre of Moffat. We had a really warm welcome with homemade millionaires shortbread and a cup of tea . We were given a flask of fresh milk for the morning cuppa which makes such a difference. Perfect poached eggs with breakfast, that’s rare. Plenty of free parking nearby on the street.

Location ideal as a break in a long journey. Very comfortable, all facilities we needed and a marvellous breakfast. Lovely meal at the famous Star Hotel in Moffat as well.

Mark and Dawn were lovely hosts they made us feel very much at home from the time we arrived. The room was clean and tidy with a nice comfortable bed tea and coffee making essentials provided also some homemade chocolate drink mix. Dawns homemade biscuits and slice were delicious The on suite shower room was excellent as well.

There was nothing to dislike

We received a warm welcome on arrival by Mark and Dawn - the home made sweet treats were delicious. The beds were comfortable, well spaced and plenty of room for the dog’s bed. The breakfast was of a high standard with plenty of choice (large portions!) - attention to detail included small scissors on the table to open the breakfast sauces . Very central to all amenities, unexpected free parking was a bonus.

Friendly, helpful owners and a great breakfast. Lovely homemade jams too! A quiet comfortable room with a great bed. We slept very well. Would come again.
